Cons:
stranded at the airport for three hours. had everyone in the tiny airport looking for the Budget person. no one answers the phone. had others call. no email address. finally someoe appeared but for another swiss who just got off the plane. hauled into Lugano proper. given a car which had been utilized by a very heavy smoker despite asking for a non-smoking car. complained to the states who turned it over to zurich. they "spoke" to the franchise owner. no apology, no refund for time lost, no sorry you missed your appts. ma'am. to add insult to injury charged airport taxes despite doing everything in lugano. price was not what was quoted. kayak and budget need to investigate this bait and switch routine. budget needs to provide lessons in customer service. worst car rental agency in the world.Awayrent
