Car rental at Ljubljana Joze Pucnik Airport

To secure a car hire at the airport, you generally must be at least 21 years of age and have had your driver’s licence for at least two years. If you are under the age of 25, you might have to pay a young driver surcharge over and above the regular car hire cost. Some car hire companies don't allow drivers between 21 and 24 years old to hire certain types of vehicles.

From 15 November to 15 March, all types of vehicles are required to have snow chains in the car or snow tires fitted.
