Pros (+) The guy working the front counter really cared
Cons (-) It took three times to get key working. Night manager said daytime staff should have checked door lock batteries and did not. He came up disassembled door lock installed new battery to get lock working.
Pros (+) The room was big and has a separate office area with a section couch.
Cons (-) The area outside was somewhat rough. In the morning we had to stop at 4 nearby gas stations before finding one that was open.

Cons (-) Kids had to sleep on a crappy pull out sofa because your website said the hotel had a double king room. Alas, they did not have a double king room. So I paid extra for something I didn't get. Will never use your site again
Pros (+) As the name implies, the hotel offered a very comfortable experience. After traveling from overseas to visit home, I received a hassle free check-in, stay, and check-out. There were no-hidden-fees, there was a continental breakfast, and covered pull-up. The room was a nice size and the view was wonderful.
Pros (+) Staff. They offered to pick food up for me because my flight got in so late
