Pros:
Easy same day booking through Kayak, arrived to pick up and there was no line on a Saturday, the person was polite and spoke English with us, and she upgraded us for free to a sporty Jaguar. Collecting the car and dropping it off were extremely easy.Cons:

The drop-off was a nightmare. They insisted I had to bring back the car before 5.30 pm because I hadn’t bought extra insurance. But then the office was closed, and I had to come back the next morning... On top of it they got really rude when I complainedHertz

Parking can be hard to find in the area. Once they come out and check the car they give you directions to park it in the lot, but trying to find parking on the street when you arrive is hard.Europcar
