I really like this hotel and would like to suggest the next traveller how to get to the hotel that sa soon as you arrive the subway where the hotel situated you have to use exit 1 and wait just wait there for the hotel shuttle bus this was my experience that after i get out from exit 1 i didn't have the idea where the hotel shuttle bus parked lucky me the hotel bus just arrived!
Very friendly and helpfull personell. Excellent restaurants. Good value for money. Nice atmosphere, the hotel is lively because it is used frequently for marriages and social meetings by local Japanese. Very limited foreign tv-channels and rockhard beds. Both seem to be common for Japanese hotels as we experienced during our trip. A bit far away from the centre, about 30 min walk or 10min by taxi.
The friendliness of the staff and the comfort provided. Close to the Imperial Palace. A bit faraway (15 minutes by taxi) from the centre of Kyoto and the main station.
Friendly staff, decoration of the room, bike rent available, good location - not in the center still not far from it. We really liked our stay in this hotel.
The whole hotel was so fancy and My parents got satisfied by their kind service. Amenities were good, ah they supplied us twin double bed and it was also good. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem of this hotel was the location. Not too bad but can't explain it's good. We 4 families always used taxi but solo or couple travelers may feel the taxi fee in Osaka is a little bit expensive.
this a hotel has a good location for explorig the city - subway stops are nearby / had free Internet access in the room it was kind of noisy during the night - hotel and airconditioning
rooms big and very clean-attentive staff they gave us an old room to start with. only after complaining we were moved to a newly refurbished room. having to complain it is not a pleasant experience
The service from the restaurant and concierge staff was outstanding! No.
The Ryokan experience. Shoes left at the front desk. Different slippers for common areas, room, and communal bath area, Every need attended to. Directions, laundry, recommendations and even a ride to the airport in the owner's personal car at check out. Nothing to complain about. They seemingly could not do enough to make sure our every need was met.
roomy, comfortable bed, nice garden view felt like dark, a bit of depressive mood at front desk, needs to update a few things (feels like early 80's) bathroom, carpet needs serious updating in order to compete some of the hotels around the town, overall felt lack of vibrant feeling.
