Friendly and thorough staff, free upgrade when the car I requested was not ready on time.Cons:
Uncomfortable car (corolla), free upgrade was a car with worse gas mileage so it ended up being more expensive for me7.6 Good

Cons:
Associates tell me it will be a small wait to give them time to clean the car I reserved. I said "No Problem" then the manager tries to "upgrade" the rental to a more exspensive car. I decline and tell them i'll wait. The manager continues with "Its only like 5-10 bucks more per day" and then just stares at me waiting for me to fork over more money. Again I decline. The manager leaves the office and returns less than 30 seconds later saying, "Just give him the upgrade, I dont feel like cleaning out the car he reserved" Just a bit of hassle, I would have much rather just picked up the car i reserved instead i was childishly going back and forth about upgrades when the whole reason he wanted me to spend more money was because he didnt want to clean out the car i reserved.Alamo

Cons:
This rental agency has "corner" on the market and charges outrageous prices and does not accept "any" discounts from anything or anybody. They rent Alamo and National from the same counter and same cars. No other agency at airport. You can rent a car for $140 to $200 less from airport 100 miles away.Easirent
