Cons: Point to point is too expensive for no reason
Cons: Had a reservation to pick up car at 4:30pm. Flight got delayed and didn't arrive until 6:30pm. Walked to the enterprise counter, and no one was there. They closed business hours early, went home, and didn't notify us.
Pros: Got a free upgrade.
Cons: There are not enough workers scheduled on Sundays.
Cons: Surprising high prices considering how weak the rental market is.
Pros: They knew I was returning the car close to my flight deadline, and when I returned the car they let me leave the keys in the car and go straight to the airport. I love quick service!
Pros: Staff was exemplary and car in great shape
Pros: Car was in great shape. Staff was exemplary in their service.
Pros: Friendly, but didn’t have a car for me despite written agreement / reservation. So, they sent me to National, and they tried to charge me more money. It got resolved, but took a lot of extra time and hassle.
Cons: Actually have the car that I reserved
Cons: I did not get a car remotely similar to what I booked. I selected a VW Jetta or similar. When I arrived the only options I was given were a minivan or an suv.
Pros: Very convenient location. Quick and straightforward dealings with check in/return clerks. No hassles of any kind.
Cons: Could have been cheaper.
Cons: Pick up was a not good experience. We had to walk out to garage to wait in line in 90 degrees then told to walk back in to go to national car rental and wait in line.
Pros: Pick up was simple and complete, barring the EZ pass that did not work.
Cons: The EZ pass toll system that I was given did not work. Therefore, I had to pay tolls with my personal card, absorbing additional charges, for something that I rented specifically to work.
