Was unable to pick up car as I was informed days before the trip that the off site rental location closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday that we arrived and was closed entirely on Sunday. Ended up using Uber and saved over a thousand dollars.

Cons:

Untrustworthy salesman. Car not clean. No after hours drop off. Long wait to get a car despite having a reservation and first customer in line.

Rep was nice and polite .

Cons:

Car had issues, AC stopped working in the middle of a road trip so for 4+ hours there was no AC in the Florida heat. Car was not as clean as it could have been Car had damage on it that just made the car seem older than it was , and due to the AC issue, noticeable damage, as well as lack of cleaning it just seems like the cars are not as well maintenance as they could be

I was charged for an extra day and numerous other unknown fees. The agent wants able to print a receipt, so the surprise came when I checked my account and requested an ereciept. The price ended up double what I intended to pay.

Cons:

You let me rent a vehicle that the rental company didn’t even have. So I never got the car and I’m out $22 non refundable insurance charge.

The experience was not very good, the vehicle was not completely clean at the time of the pick up, it had a bad smell inside. In reference to the price for having exceeded the delivery time by 7 hours they charged me an additional day, I do not agree with this collection policy

Car not available at one terminal - had to carry the luggage and walk over to next terminal. Upon reaching was sent back because they did not have any cars ready - so ended up walking back and forth before one smart lady in the office jumped and took control and took care of us. Thanks to her.

I get there and they said they didn't have a reservation for me, then after a minute they found it, then said "we don't have any cars at that price" then reluctantly offers me another vehicle at the same charge. I then give her my debit card and she tells me it's declined, had to call my son to come pick me up, we went down the road to Enterprise despite the fact the it was a little more expensive some how my card that was declined just minutes before went through with no issues whatsoever.
