Amazing from check in to drop off!
I did not receive the car. They told me the reservation was cancelled one Day before pick up date. All service was terrible and nobody helped me, i had a kid a oke year old baby with me. I talked to priceline and they just told me the reservation was still open but they didnt do anything either. It was frustrating not getting any type of support from anyone. They just told me to go rent somewhere else.
Easy process, good customer service at the airport terminal. Easy in & out process.
The pick up at Bellingham Airport was easy and the person working the counter was delightful. We also had a very easy time going to a second Budget location along our route in Longwood, CO to add an additional driver when we had to pick up a family member last minute. The car itself was great and we are really glad we ended up with the model we got (GMC Acadia). The same cannot be said for the return in Phliadelphia. The Budget office was in the lobby of a hotel in a very busy part of town with absolutely no signage, no instructions on where to put the car, and no way to contact the office directly. To return the car we had to park the car on the street, walk around the hotel to find the office, and then go back to the car, drive down into a parking garage, call the agent, have them lift the gate to the garage, and then leave the car in the lower level of the hotel's parking garage. Without getting out of the car and wandering around, we would have had NO idea how or where to return the car. Absolute nightmare, but nothing less than I expect from Philadelphia.
What I liked: *Great deal considering the car I got and it actually made me want to rent more often when in the same situation. *Very friendly check-in. *The car itself was very nice and has me considering buying one myself now. What I didn't like: *No helpful salesman available by phone to aid in decision making; nothing but antagonistic recorded voice commanding the proper response from the customer. In other words, the exact opposite of friendly, helpful and responsive customer service. *Horrible man at counter showed up to work at 12:30 and when I came back 20 minutes later, he had "gone to get some coffee"! Just 20 minutes after showing up for work, at 12:50 he then took a 20 minute break, not coming sauntering back to the counter until 1:10, never apologized or sped up his slow walk when he saw three separate customers waiting for him to get them their cars. There would have been four of us but the second lady to show up had already left since she'd waited for over 10 minutes for the guy who was supposed to be working. *Same horrible 'employee' with his "Hey, that's how it works" and "take it or leave it" responses has no business being behind a counter.
People were great Car was clean and drive fine but had horrible blind spots for me
