Pros:Staff was friendly. For drop off they came right out to the car shortly after I parked. Whole process was simple.Cons:Every company tries to pressure you to buy the extra insurance. I didn’t like that they pointed out I was liable for the entire price of the car and then wrote down the price as if to emphasize the point.Reviewed 20 Aug 2019

Pros:Friendly and helpful staff, pick and drop off was convenient. One thing to note - all of the service for dollar was provided by Hertz, may be they are affiliated in Europe.Cons:Insurance coverage was too expensive. We didn't purchase it, but could have if it was reasonable.Reviewed 7 Aug 2019

Pros:Staff was excellent. Pick up was efficient and easyCons:The location I returned at ,Calle Proncesa, Madrid, is very hard to find, and the cars actually live in a parking garage down the )busy, city center) street. The drop off address in the contract is the office, not the garage, which caused major troubles for me.Reviewed 23 May 2019

Process Was a NightmarePros:The car was clean.Cons:The pickup process was absolutely terrible. There was a price discrepancy that made the transaction 3 times more than our reservation. I called customer service and they were woefully unhelpful. Their solution was to "speak to a manager." The car was not what I requested. The "add insurance" link on the website seemed to be broken.Reviewed 5 Sep 2018

Pros:The car was great and gave us no problems even though we drove it all over Spain. The staff were friendly and everything went like clockwork.Cons:It would be helpful if you could provide a map and directions for where to drop off the car at Barcelona airport.
