I've been staying at this hotel for a conference for a few years now, and have watched the quality deteriorate. My shower was full of insects. The front desk lost 9 hours of a friends pumped milk with no apology. The conference facility was uncomfortably hot over both days, the sound system caused a lot of anxiety for our event.

Cons (-) The smell of marijuana on our floor when we arrived was stomach turning. Trying to explain to my 10 year old why it smelt terrible at the hotel was embarrassing. We didn’t have time to express our concerns because we were on a tight schudule. Also, after returning from the ballet there were people smoking marijuana rightout side the entrance.
