Pros (+) Our daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel room after we had checked out and were on our way to the airport. She was in tears. Ana, house keeping manager, saved the day and brought the toy to the front desk, where a local friend of ours was able to pick it up and ship it to our address. So, The happy hour every M - Th was awesome!
Cons (-) Our hotel room was nice, but the handicap shower -/ bathroom would yield a lot of water on the floor. Maybe a different room would have been better...

Pros (+) Loved the location. Right near lots of shopping and near the shuttle bus that moves all the way around down town Denver. We didn't take advantage of the hotel weekly activities but it was nice to have the option of being social in the evenings and getting solid breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay here again in the future.
Cons (-) The couch in the room was fairly stiff. Restroom door is sliding and doesn't actually lock. Shower also doesn't close, was a standing shower.

Pros (+) Great location, hotel was very clean and everything was available in the rooms. I was especially impressed when I overslept and called to ask for an extra hour or two to check out. Denny at the front desk was more than accomodating, which just made my stay. Thank you!

Pros (+) Very clean with a friendly, attentive staff. Right near excellent attractions in Denver. Convention center down the street. Walking distance to Coors field. 16th st Ped Mall a block away. Really a great place to stay.
