Cons:

After having a reservation and waited in line for an hour the guy from the rental came and told that the didn’t have any more cars. So whats the point on making a reservation if they are not enough organized to know how many cars they have available. Worst experience ever

Very slow check in Vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas so had to stop for gas immediately after picking up

Rented in Miami Beach. I don’t like the fact cars are not full of gas when rented out. We only had a 1/4 tank and had to find a gas station early on in the trip versus having it full at the start and then leaving it full

The lady at Enterprise was so nice and helpful. I just wish on our return they would have called me back letting me know that they never received cars on the lot. I had to rebook with a different provider at the Key West Airport.

No one at enterprise office it was closed No one at fountain blue knew anything about were to pick up car Lost two hours waiting on phone Costumer help n managers totally useless Finally figured out the address was not in fountain blue even though clearly said fountain blue Walked two blocks had to wait on another line for hour Manager at alimo felt bad gave me car for free A for effort but how dose enterprise not know what or were or who to call? They didn’t even have my car. I made reservations on 2 enterprise places and none of them helped me. The service it’s terrible and I would never recommend. Waste of my time going there on a first place. But for the future I know. I will never ever rent from them

They didnt have a car at my scheduled time. 2hour wait to get car. They were very rude, disorganized and unprofessional. Horrible experience.

I received a conformation and show up to the rental with no cars available I lost 2 hours plus Uber rides because of that. I also paid for insurance that charged me so now I have to go through that process.

Nothing, I reserved a car days in advance and the location was not able to offer me a rental car. The line to get to the window was 4 hours long. Complete disorganization.

Cons:

I made a reservation for 1pm in Miami Beach at 4332 Collins Ave. I arrived at Alamo at 1pm. There was a line of 100 people and only 2 people working for Alamo. I waited for almost 2.5 hours and finally got my car at 3:27pm. You owe me for 2.5 hours that I paid for but didn’t use plus wasting 2.5 hours of my life.
