Staff weee friendly, easy drop off/pick up

Cons:

Car could’ve been cleaner upon pickup, car made loud noise when driving in reverse + rear view cam would flicker in and out

Pros:

The dropoff was relatively easy. The lady at the counter and the gentleman at the return were nice

Cons:

I got a pretty beat up car with 40K plus miles on it. The car had visible damage on the outside and the inside was possibly the least clean (not necessarily very dirty) of any rental car I've ever gotten. The lady at the counter for pick up also didn't seem to want to be there. Lastly, I called to extend the rental by one day which Hertz was OK with but they charged me 80+ bucks for the extra day when I paid 50 per day (350 for the week). I would use someone else next time I go to STX.

Car was severely damaged and bumper fell off so had to take time to go back and they repaired (glue?!) Feel we cottage early been chicory damage that wasn’t recorded documented if I hadn’t videotape inspection done by myself Ran way to late to airport drop off and species to pull us from line in order to make our flights

Not good! It was Too far from airport. Had to drive 30min. Each way to exchange car due to wheels making aloud noise. Ordered & paid for intermediate size car & was given a small Nissan, which the GPS did not connect to Apple phone! Would never rent there again!!!

The woman at check in was pretty rude.

Pros:

Scheduled online once I arrived and a car was made available 20 min after I went to the counter.

Cons:

The agent telling me you shouldn’t have been able to reserve a car same day as we have other reservations ahead of you. Like WOW, seriously!
