The staff at pickup were knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t push unnecessary extras and made sure that the car check was up to standard. The car size was exactly what we wanted.Cons:
Pick up took longer than anticipated and the drop off required us to go into the office just to drop keys. Online reservations with pre-determined times for pick up and drop off should not take that long.6.4 Okay
