Pros (+) Great location.
Cons (-) Long check-in despite using the mobile app in advance. Staff tried checking me into the wrong room (I have a common name). No housekeeping one day (not sure how they entirely missed us). Staff/hotel seemed clueless there was a marathon in Chicago.

When I put my parameters in for my room to have a king suite with a sofa for three adults and a child; also to include parking.
