The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean.

Cons (-) Long check-in despite using the mobile app in advance. Staff tried checking me into the wrong room (I have a common name). No housekeeping one day (not sure how they entirely missed us). Staff/hotel seemed clueless there was a marathon in Chicago.
