I love the decor here and location! The staff is also really great!

The kitchen and fitness center were under renovation.

Property was in a fab location right in the centre of everything, but the room was super quiet for the most part which was a nice contrast. Bar was nice, and the cafe was also lovely!

Rooms were a little too small if you have more than one suitcase (we had three!) and our toilet was a bit temperamental - on the last day we came back and the water was up really high and ended up being clogged. Rooms were also a little dark too.

The best was amazing, i loved the bathroom.

But the AC unit kinda sucked because it got hot in our room due to your guys’ winter season policy. But you guys did bring us a VERY good fan that did amazing.

I liked the location. It was close to Miracle Mile and the Chicago River.

The first person that check me in was very nice. I went up to my room and noticed some hairs on the carpet but I took a phone call and had an appointment so I didn't inspect the room further. When I got back from my appointment, I sat down on the bed and noticed the same hairs on the additional comforter on the foot of the bed. (gross) I contacted the front desk, they sent someone to vacuum the room and the lady took away the comforter after I showed her the hairs on it. She told me this wasn't her room so she didn't clean it. After she left, I pulled back the white comforter on the bed, which had been made, I noticed the hair was also on the sheets. As I was about to call thee staff again a gentleman just walked into my room without knocking. Apparently, he didn't know I was there as he looked surprised. I am glad I wasn't getting undressed. I asked him how he got in and he said he was the assessor for the hotel. I showed him the hair and he told me to go downstairs and they would change my room. When I got downstairs, I informed the two front desk people about the room, a male and female. The guy seemed bothered and said "Oh, so there is hair all over the room. I said not all over the room but on the floor (which was vacuumed) and on the bed. The guy said well we can just vacuum the bed. I was like umm I don't think that will work, I was actually shocked he suggested it. The girl then spoke up and changed my room. The room I went to was quite a bit smaller even though it was a queen private room. I made sure there was no hair. There were burn holes in the comforter (probably from wear and tear) but I lived with it. I was only staying for one night. I then left and came back and I wanted to watch tv but there was no remote. I called the front desk again and the young lady said, wow this is the second room to call about the remote. The brought me one about 30 mins later after I was already in bed. The next morning was okay.
