Service in the Face of Adversity
Pros: Everyone was helpful and friendly, as usual, which is why I keep coming back to Enterprise. I had a bit of an issue (completely my fault), but I got excellent assistance in resolving the problem. I'm fairly confident that with a lesser company, my idiocy would have turned into a nightmare, but the problem was managed with practiced grace and expertise.
Cons: I selected a car that didn't zoom up mountains very easily, but I'm glad the car was small since the streets were narrow (I drove it through the tiny streets to the doorstep of Catedral de Santa María de la Sede).
