Went around the airport for an hour looking for the rental agency. Couldn’t find it after talking to information desk, security, parking attendants, other rent a car agencies. No one knew where it was. Still waiting for a reply about the refund. Ended up renting from Hertz on the spot.
Very small rental company, run by a single guy from the back of his car in the CMN airport parking lot. Rental company contact information leads to his cellphone, not a professional call center. Pickup instructions were very confusing, not at the general car rental location. Had to call repeatedly for 45 minutes until my call was answered to sort out pickup location. Car received was smaller than I reserved, and had no fuel at pick up, light was on. Nickel and dimed me at drop off for cleaning the car - yes, it was a bit muddy on the outside, but nothing out of the ordinary. Cheap rental, but you get what you pay for.
Everything has been a nightmare I ended lup losing all my money. When we booked the car, it was supposed to be a rental for a compact SUV (KIA stonic) and when we got to Morocco, the representant was waiting for us in a parking with documents in the trunk of his car and the car was a DACIA logan in bad condition (comparable to a toyota tercel) such a downgrade from what we were supposed to get. Plus the guy dared telling us it was a chance for us and an upgrade from what we were supposed to get at first. The result we lost 217$ as we didnt take the car because it was not safe enough for the long ride we had to do in Morocco and we got to find an other rebtal company to be able to rent a real SUV at a way higher price. Was not able to pick up my car this company has no office they work out of a parking lot . The parking attendant told me they are notorious of not showing up for their clients after waiting and walking around the parking lot and calling their number three times I gave up and went with a real company. It’s a shame that a big company like kayak would partner with a company out of parking lot / I’m very disappointed need my full refund and an apology keep in mind it was 40 degrees in Casablanca that morning got sick from standing in that cold
They did not have a car ready. There was one car with broken headlight and not safe. They did not have any other car available for the size we had booked. We cancelled but our money did not get any refund. There is no number to call and ask for refund. That was a very painful experience.
First, they have no office at the airport. It is in the boot of a car, when they do show up. Second, nobody was there to greet us even though we requested a late pick-up which was accepted. We had to stand in the middle of a parking lot, at midnight, for one hour until they came following multriple phone calls. Third, the car was not what we had ordered/reserved and we were told that's all they had. Finally, there was barely enough petrol to leave the airport parking lot, which we had to pay for!! We certainly will not rent from them again.
