Featuring beautiful gardens, the hotel offers a stunning array of sights and experiences along with the renowned Park Hyatt graciousness and service. Palacio Duhau-Park Hyatt, the jewel of the Park Hyatt crown.
Pros: This was my second stay at Alvear Art. I returned because I enjoyed my first time. I like the location: the area ranging from the Plaza de Mayo all the way up to Recoleta contains a lot that interests me. I enjoy sitting on a bench in Plaza San Martin and listening to the birds and the city while reading something thoughtful and contemplating life. It's nice too to have within walking range a number of nice restaurants. The hotel staff was glad to advise me and make suggestions. The servers in the hotel restaurant treated me like a friend. I believe I have found my place to stay in Buenos Aires.
Pros: It's well located to my local office and a quaintly unique boutique setting. It's small enough that the staff remembers you when you come and go and you are not lost in the crowd, which can tend to be the case at larger hotels.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would have liked to swim with the roof open since it was warm out and the roof was not retracted. It was summer time so I figured they would have opened it up. Not a big issue and it more than made up for it in every other way.
Also, this hotel offers express check-in and check-out,as well as babysitting/childcare services.
Pros: the staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the concierge
Cons: didn't know that the pool was closing for maintenance and would be closed for 1 week. went to enjoy pool and wasn't not able.
Pros: Staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome.
Rooms are a good size and well equipped. Very comfortable. High standard.
It's one of the better 4 Seasons Hotels.
I've stayed there many times now and would definitely go back.
Cons: No slippers in the room.

Pros: It was quiet despite being on a busy street and for having a room by the elevator. Room was comfortable.
Cons: COOKING RANGE IN PICTURES DOESN'T WORK. I was told none of the ranges work even though they're in all the pictures. At least there was a microwave, fridge and an electric hot water kettle. Towels and sheets were clean but looked pretty worn out.

Pros: Location, boutique style environment, very quiet, breakfast, wait staff, large room, great bathroom, comfy beds.
Breakfast was amazing and the wait staff was amazing. They fixed us little to-go container of cookies as a treat. Very attentive.

Cons: Can't find one thing I didn't like!

Pros: Clean, spacious, silent, modern, breakfast alright, staff overall good
Cons: They did not clean my room and when I mentioned this at reception the day after, they did not seem to care much...
Rooms are spacious but no facilities to seat down and work on computer for instance. There is enough space to allow that and I have the feeling they have more business travelers than they think.
Pros: Nice design, huge room, nice location, silence in the rooms, value for money, professional staff
Cons: breakfast place is a bit messy

Pros: Best points: Fantastic Location, excellent fitness center and pool, very excellent service and friendly staff, great value overall
Negatives: The bed was ready to be replaced, runny eggs at the buffet, room safe not working well
Pros: The mattress in our room could be replaced. It was like sleeping on a rolling slope of hills, basically it was lumpy. The breakfast was great the first day, however by the 5th day I was craving something else! Good selection of food, the scrambled eggs were runny. It's free so these are minor complaints. The hotel is right near the "obelisk." It's centrally located which makes it ideal. Quick cab rides to all the barrios.
Pros: The pool & buffet breakfast were amazing! It was a chilly day in Buenos Aires so the indoor heated pool was very nice and I definitely put that to use. It is modern and clean and I enjoyed the cabanas and complimentary fresh juice. The view from the pool deck is outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They offered a wide assortment. Best breakfast I have had during my stay in Argentina. The rooms are large and the beds are large and comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed the spa tubs and the bathrooms are very chic! Only issue was the faucet...a little quirky at times but nothing major to complain about. I enjoyed the hardwood flooring and felt very safe in my hotel room.
Cons: For a nice hotel like this one, they did not have hair dryers or converters. I would have been happy to pay for a converter if they offered one so it was a little annoying and a bit of a hassle to go out searching for one. I wasted about 45min of my time but eventually found one at a local market shop for very cheap.
Located in 9 de Julio Avenue, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Teatro Colon and Obelisco. Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada are also within 1 mi (2 km).

Pros: The hotel is new and feels like it in the best ways. Crisp new sheets. Fluffy towels. Modern and colorful decker. And above all an extremely gracious staff who made it feel like home. Very friendly and kniwledgabel. I had initially only intended to sty for a week. I stayed for almost three. And was sorry to leave even then.
Pros: Great location among the restaurants and bars of Palermo
Cons: Left my glasses in the hotel room. An email to the hotel was not responded to.
Own Grand Palermo Soho is Own Hotels' second hotel. It is the largest boutique hotel in the area, with 63 large and modern rooms and suites. Its design reflects the sophistication, fashion and art of the surrounding neighborhood.
Pros: From check in to check out, great service throughout. A nice breakfast of eggs, toast, yogurts, cold cuts, cereals, juice, coffee and even champage (or so we thought as we didn't partake). They have a VERY small workout room and spa upstairs. The room we had was spacious and very grand - befitting of a building that was owned by Evita. The lobby was beautiful. They even allowed held our luggage and let us shower at the spa prior to us leaving on a late 9 PM flight. We would stay again.
Cons: The Recoleta area is very nice and is where some wealthy people live. However, it offers very little in the way of nightlife. There are a few restobars around the Cemetery but nothing like Palermo. If you want ready access to lots of bars, restaurants and clubs, you should probably not stay here.
