It was awful. They said they didn't have what I ordered, and gave me a "big upgrade". Turns out their "big upgrade" was an enormous van thing, that got awful gas economy. Then they said that I brought it back with a "chip" in the windshield. They never went over pre-existing damages before we rented it, and they just blamed us for it.
