Truck wasn’t very clean inside or out. They clearly didn’t sanitize steering wheel, handles, bottoms or gear shift. I used a wipe as soon as I got in and it was filthy when I was finished

Horrible. I was charged $250 for a convertible. They gave us a Jeep that over heated within 20 min of driving away. Had to turn around and drive back super slow because of the heat and smell of burning oil. Kept the temp low enough to drive. Got back. Got keys to a very small mustang, NOT convertible. Our drive was to Yellowstone and we wanted the open air views. After that, we returned a THIRD time with an “oh well, it’s all we have” for a regular suv. No convertible like we paid for. Never again! No offer for a discount. No refund. Plus 2 hours stolen from our one day trip in Yellowstone.

Car was great, clean and full of gas and the Bozman facility was very convenient. The issue I had was at the counter with the estimated price I was given compared to what I was quoted on Kayak. It was literally triple the cost and it wasn't until I showed the attendant my Kayak quote that they adjusted the system to match the Kayak estimate. I asked why the huge discrepancy and was told that there was a glitch in the system because my reservation was more then 7 days and the system didn't calculate the remaining days correctly. This made me wonder what I would have been charged had I not questioned the attendant... Other than that, the rental was flawless.

We booked a car in Poland, we traveled there 50 hours and when we arrived they didn't give the car to us. They said the reason is that we didn't have a credit card. Good that they informed us before haha. We were in a very bad position because of that.

Our vehicle was not an SUV which we rented. It was an all wheel drive vehicle that got stuck on a normal side road. The front tire was super low and we had to bring it to a tire shop twice.

Waited 90 minutes in line at the counter to rent the car. They were extremely understaffed to handle the level of customers and some of the staff were very inefficient. I will never rent from them again.
