I had a long wait at the check in to pick up the car. Their internet was down. This was not their fault, and the lady worked very hard to move the check in line. Once I got my car I could tell it had been smoked in before me. It also had fairly high mileage at 51,000 miles. It was a good value and experience. I would certainly use Dollar Rental Car again.
Cost was high, did not have the vehicle we requested in the reservation. Gave us a Hyndai instead of a Camry. Told us we needed to be gold members to avoid the line, even though they were just standing around waiting for customers.

I checked in on the Hertz app. I could select a car on the app. Went to 3 different lines to find a person with access to select a car. Had to provide DL and Credit Card again even though I had already uploaded in the app. Went out to get my car. 4th line. They changed me to another car to speed up my wait. Went to the gate to get out. 5th line. My reservation was cancelled given I was not assigned the different car in their system. Turned away from gate as a result. Had to go back inside to get a new reservation. 6th line. Picked up the same car and waited in line at the gate a second time to leave. 7th line. I promise I am not over exaggerating my experience. Very frustrating.
Car was clean. No issues with it. Customer service when getting car at the booth had a long and poorly run line.

I returned the car when I was supposed to. Three days later I get a text asking when I'm going to return the car. I call them and they say I never returned it. Now I'm having to jump through hoops trying to prove I returned it to them. How do you lose a car that is in airport parking lot!??!!? Will be taking this into consideration the next time I'm renting a vehicle for sure.

No cars were available. Management at airport location did not inform the long list of customers until I asked what he status was. I ended up having to cancel and use a Taxi. Wasted 1.5 hours in this process. Will not use Budget again and will not book any personal travel through Kayak again. The vendor Kayak used to source this rental never answered my calls and their number and email was used for the rental versus mine. Made it impossible to call them and cancel the reservation or attempt to switch to new car rental. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with renting a car. I will also be making friends and family aware of this so they too do not leverage Budget and Kayak for future reservations.

The car was excellent and the employee was working so hard but it took a full hour and a half (90+ minutes) of standing in line to pick up the car because there was only one person working the rental desk (at noon!). It was the longest rental car line I've ever experienced and it delayed the rest of the trip. I wish there had been more employees working.

Midnight in Charlotte Airport, rented an Alamo car after flight was cancelled. Website says Alamo open until 1:45am but no one was there to rent out cars. I was stranded because all other cars had been rented due to many flight cancellations.

They required 2 forms of photo idea (not warned ahead of time) because I booked within 24 hours. Never seen this in my life after hundreds of rentals. Everything else was sold out and i took a $200 uber instead.
Phenomenal, efficient, decisive customer support when my travel got screwed up. Was very pleasantly surprised.

The reps at Charlotte airport tried to give me another vehicle because they wanted to use me to drive it back since it was a one way rental. The ‘rep’ at Baltimore airport at check-in was extremely rude and disrespectful. I report this and they never addressed any of this.

I stood at the counter for 20 minutes for them trying to find a car for me. Finally they gave me a different vehicle than I rented saying they didn’t have any. I walked out to the car the rented to me and in the parking lot was a Mazda c5 that I rented. Not sure why they don’t have a better system to know what they have available.

Huge lines at regular and preferred lines, with only a single cashier at each. Unfortunately I never got my rental and had to get a ride share to my appt outside the airport. Go with a smaller or local rental company!

The pickup shuttle ride from Charlotte airport on Monday 4/28/2025 around 11.00 am, never arrived at assigned location to take us to their off-site rental location. Their office phone number goes direct to their voicemail. I googled and found a national phone number associated with them. She found out after 10 minutes waiting that there is no shuttle today because she is not getting hold of anyone there either. I called for Uber after 45 minutes waiting, we got to that offsite Easirent Car Rent. Some inexperienced young guys out of an eye-sore unorganized office were running the shit-show like headless chickens. No eye contact, no greeting and no apology for us waiting at the airport for not being picked up at all! I asked to see the person in charge, and if they got my car ready. A young white guy who was not so attentive to start with, hesitantly introduced himself Daniel and said he is doing the job for many people there.... My strong suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to be late or no show up for your meetings or be messed up with your plannings.

I paid for a Hyundai Santa Fe or similar. I was given a Nissan Kicks. The car was not clean. Only 1/4 of a tank instead of full to full as promised by Kayak. The check out process was ridiculously slow and cumbersome with much seemingly ridiculous information required that other car rentals do not require.The airport shuttle was very slow in coming. I would not recommend Easirent. In fact I think you should disassociate your good name from theirs. Jack Harris.

I had TWO separate bookings, with multiple confirmations. When I got there, the young women at the counter was extremely unhelpful & told me she can’t do nothing for me. Said she couldn’t find any of the reservations. Didn’t even try to offer to book me a new one at the counter, nothing.
