Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is nice and new, roof terrace is very pleasant. Self catering facilities in room/apartment are excellent. If you have the windows open it can be a little noisy at night because of traffic nearby.
The staff were extremely helpful and were fantastic helping me with my disabled husband.
The Hotel was very clean close to bars and shops, and the staff was first class.very helpful/very friendly. Apart from above. Going down to the local Bar for Breakfast.
Warm welcome hotel is excellent in everyway, well located for shopping eating out a pleasant suprise
Excellent location, very central to restaraunts, bars, shops. The studio was very clean and spacious & the roof top terrace was fanastic. Receptionist was very helpful. Can't fault Residence La Gancia, will definately return
Room ok, not worth 4 stars, too expensive. Location in an industrial area, at night deserted place. Taxi
Very nice buffet breakfast in its contemporary cafe. Not the nicest of neighbourhoods but a lovely hotel
Friendly and closeness to the town
Rooms are new, clean and large. Parking available inside the hotel.
The staff were very nice, friendly & helpfull which makes so much difference, we were even a bit late for breakfast on our last day and we were still able to have something. The room was very clean & the bed was wonderfull, would definatly reccomend it!
very confortable room, the hotel is very close to the harbour.
Not so far from the center. Walking distance. Easy to park your car. Good breakfast. Staff a little cold. Noisy from the streets around.
The hotel is just 3 months old so very new and modern. The rooms are very spacious. There is no easy access to beach from this hotel and there is no swimming pool.
We chose Tiziano because of its location near Boat Service Trapani where we were overseeing the relaunch of our yacht. It is a fair walk from the town centre but car parking is easy and free. With a car its only a few minutes to the centre.
no, maybe a littel more english speek.
Breakfast was great, but keep the tea coming
in the city centre room was a disgrace carpet dirty window shattered broken would not close
The beds were very comfortable and staff were very helpful and courteous Neither the Bar nor restaurant were open on the day of our visit.
Proximity to train station. Close to buses to Erice funivia. 15 minute walk to port and to Trapani historic center. Lack of internet (other than in rooms, where laptop is needed)
friendly staff, near airport, right across road from train station, 10 minute walk to port - would stay here again
The central location and good value The hotel is not a character hotel but a modern functional hotel which was our choice
The central location
Nice big room with big bathroom Wi Fi for extra charge only. 18 Eur for one day or smth.Internet must be free.
Very god value for money, very courteus staff.Hotel conveniently located
Convenience of location, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. No
Excelent breakfast pleasant helpful staff sea view The mosquito in the bedroom
A very clean hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco as soon as we entered our room.Very nice gesture.Very central location.
Good location, helpful staff, cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, spacious rooms. Can't complain about anything. It is the hotel that I would recommend to all for a stay in Trapani
We really liked the location of the Hotel and the staff were very helpful and attentive. There buffet breakfast was the same each morning. It would be nice if they include eggs (boiled or otherwise and an assortment of breakfast meats.
Good breakfast. Central location
The professional hotel staff with the right service attitude really stand out. Very nice and professional. We only have to mention our room number once in the breakfast room, the following three days the staff knew who we were. The champagne greeting was a nice surprise! To sum up - genuine hotel service! We are coming back!
We liked the central location and the generous breakfast buffet, - but maybe add a couple of sugerfree items (youghurt, juice, cheese). We did not like the fact that the matrass was 2 pieces instead of one big, and also too soft.
the reception staff was very helpfull.Breakfest was excellent. room was clean. so, what you want more??? no.we were happy.
staff very good. excellent in giving you information about the area where to go and best place to eat ect. also the manager on the first night made us feel like [vips] with a bottel of wine on the house good start to the holiday . very good base in the town right beside the local bus station ,train station , shops and a short walk to the port what more could you want from a great holiday and this great hotel and staff no
Comfortable well equipped Hotel with a good varied self-service buffet breakfast selection.
You're right in the middle of the buzzing Italian life style with all the good and bad things. What's good or bad depends on the individual and their expectations and background. Just breathe and accept this is the way of living here. Breakfast is ok and in an restaurant just round the corner. The restaurant is very good for dinner. Mama's fish soup with pasta envelopes is super. (Starter) No facilities, common room reception etc. Except for the two rooms at the top floor who shares a terras with tables and chairs.
The breakfast at Ai Lumi was lovely (I do like cakes), the terrace came in handy and the residence was centrally located. My room was quite small and the others seemed much larger. Still, it was a "double for single occupancy" and was only €50 per night.
It was clean and confortable. The kitchen was fully equiped. The air conditioning was crucial :) We arrived on Sunday, so the reception was close. We had to do an appointment with someone to get our keys.
Excellent location in old part of Trapani. Good size rooms, superbly equipped. Breakfast served in nearby restaurant. Building has great character. Helpful check in staff. Despite booking no-smoking room, bedroom smelt of smoke. It was labelled non-smoking throughout the room, but clearly a previous guest had ignored the rule. This is a town centre location, so parking can be difficult, though on street parking is free at night.
Friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent double room with kitchenette and fridge. Outside terrace and table.
Good location, clean room, nice and friendly staff and first rate breakfast to set you up for the day (wide range of fresh food with very tasty home baked cakes) .
The location was good. Thankfulyy I was with an Italian friend as the 'staff' did not speak fluent English. The room was basic but there were mosquitoes a plenty! The sink in the bathroom was a joke as was the shower. I flooded the entire room every time I attempted to have a shower. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe. I did not take it because the food was covered in flies! Disgusting!!!!!
Very well located in the beautiful old centre of Trapani, close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops, beaches and the port. Room was clean and outside terrace was a bonus. Small room with a self-contained kitchen unit squeezed into a corner where it doesn't really fit (window cannot be opened fully because of it). No lift - our room was on the 4th floor up very steep steps. Air conditioning unit could not be made cold enough even after we discovered the obscure switch which powered it (hidden in a corner beside a lamp switch). Shower is tiny with a shower curtain and floor gets soaked every time it's used. Online photos do not cover the room we were given, however, there did seem to be bigger rooms. Large gap over the door which allowed mosquitos to come in during the night from the open stairwell - we're still scratching!!
Everything was well in this residence. Most of all its staff was verry helpfull and well speak in english, Room was good for that sort of money. Good location for all kind of transport, shops, city centre, restorants..... Brekfast was verry poor and every day was same brekfast
The staff were friendly and did their best to help us The noise from the street was so bad it was not possible to sit in the room without keeping the windows closed
Lovely hotel. Probably need a Sat Nav to find it easily but it wouldn't be 100% necessary Nothing
Really nice room Not very helpful staff, very basic breakfast
This is a friendly family-run place, clean, central and well laid out, with nice decor. Ideal for a short stopover in Trapani.
The location of the hotel being within a quaint narrow street was the best aspect of the hotel. A welcome by a rather tired and fed up looking man. Several lights were not working in my room including bathroom. Toilet cystern was broken, not filing up and making a loud hissing noise so I had to use the toilet brush to stop it from trying to fill -at 2.30am. Disaster at breakfast. Staff may have been new as they did not seem to know what to do or what was happening. The breakfast table was very slow to be laid. Only 3 cereal bowls provided. No milk. When I asked for a cereal bowl I had to leave before it arrived. There was terential rain which was coming down the walls and spraying onto the food table. I had to move the floor lights, electricals and food as the staff were in the kitchen. No tea/coffee making facilities. Had to wait.
Everything....the room for it's size, air conditioning, cooking facilities, location and friendly service
quiet hotel with a good family like atmosphere Bathroom facilities - room 8
The room was clean Staff were a little off. We had a bottle of wine and they would not supply wine glasses only plastic cups.
Great location, very nice specious room and friendly helpful staff.
The apartments were very modern, clean and spacious, the location was brilliant.
great location, nicely decorated, new, spotless,
very nice and clean flat,s ,central position in the old town centre.
great seaview, location - the best choice in Trapani, spacious room, very comfortable no reception, weak wifi signal in our room, no microwave or kettle, the window was not completely tightened when closed and made a slight whistling noise when windy; despite these minor drawbacks we still believe this is a great place to stay!
perfect location, fantastic view, clean, new furniture there is no breakfast, they can give coupons
First we did not get the sea view but eventually got it after agreeing to pay 10 eur/night more. It was worth it as the view was really amazing. No cleaning is arranged in the room if you are still there around 10-11 am. So people have to always leave the room earliesh to make the cleaning possible.
New and tasty rooms with air condition. Very quiet in the middle of the city senter. It was no internett connection in the rooms- (as promised)
Nice location on the pedestrian mall.
Good apartment with kitchen in the centre of the city. Very nice view over the see. Due to strong wind a whistling noise from the windows. Second bed was very bad. No extra bed linnen available (blankets)
Located in a quiet side street Slow elevator
The reception was very friendly. Speaking Italian, we did not have difficulties in understanding the staff. We got all the information we needed. The room was well equipped with good taste. The location is excellent, although the there is no direct view to the sea. All in all, we got a very good value for our money.
Friendly and helpful staff, great location near old town pedestrian area, airport bus stops nearby.
Good location in old city. Near restaurants and bars.Rooms newly refurbished and well equipped.
situated in the old town, short walk to neerest restaurants and coffetaries. dirty beach in October, too loud because of close school and marina.
Quite close to the railway station, but a bit far from the old town. Italian breakfast in bar Pousada Noir in the same house.
Spacious room. Bus stop very nearby- handy for airport,Palermo and local trips.Train station and old town within walking distance. "Italian breakfast" taken in bar below-merely a coffee and cake. Bar was crowded with students. Not a good start to the day.In comparison to other properties stayed at in Trapani and Palermo this was overpriced. Suffered also from insect bites at night.
Competent staff, friendly service ---
Stylish, modern and individual room that was clean, comfortable and value for money. The cafe downstairs was full of Sicilian character and was ideal for a quick breakfast before departing. The air conditioning was quiet and much appreciated. The bathroom, although spotlessly clean, had a strange odour. A little noisy due to thin walls and high ceilings, but with only three rooms, not much to disturb you.
It is centrally located where you find shops and everything near you. the staff not too friendly.
Nothing. Extremely noisy at night.Hard bed.Shower cubicle broken.
We mostly liked the familiar atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very helpful, English speaking. Breakfast was at the Hotel´s bar downstairs. Breakfast was only one cappucino and croissant, nothing more...
The central location There is no place to have breakfast. You have to go in the cafeteria underneath the B&B where there is no seating.
