The location is amazing and the staff was extremely nice.
Not going there again
- got a call at my hotel room phone and was scammed for credit card info. went to Front Desk, but got no help. Reported to police - wifi internet wasn't included - room was crampy, a small studio basically
We liked how close to downtown it is.
We wished that the pictures online depicted what the rooms would actually look like. My husband and I had to share a really thin duvet.
Room clean, good size, free wifi
Cost extra to check in early No breakfast included
great downtown location with restaurants, bars, and shopping
Small rooms and small beds
Parking was not included as well as wifi.
When I checked in I expected a standard room with 2 beds, what I got was only 1 bed. When advertising sales details as standard room, there needs to be something noticeable on the website that there standard rooms only comes with 1 bed. Makes for an awful 1st impression.
Great Value for DT Toronto
I was very happy with my stay. 3 nights in Toronto for business, but I needed to choose a hotel that would stay within my budget. The rooms are small, but that did not bother me. 15th floor, wonderful view. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The TV was temperamental and didn't always work. Besides that, no complaints.
Clean rooms. Nice decor. Nice staff.
No valet. Parking lot across the street so it was awkward to check in. Neighboring rooms and ankle noises could be heard
location and price, clean, friendly enough....
lots of construction in lobby... front desk seemed under staffed
Basic, Clean, Quiet
Just needed a safe, clean place to sleep.. Because who visits a new city only to stay in the hotel room? Nice staff, awesome bar across the street called The Imperial (just a dive, but good food and staff), I'll be back.
The view from the 18th floor is incredible. It was cozy and appealing. Denny's for breakfast down the street. Burrito boyz rescued the night after checking out the bad tapas options. The bed is pretty comfy if you like em soft. Nice storage, nice cleaning staff. It's nice if you don't need too many extras. Security feature to use elevators with room key card
The bar tapas on friday and Saturdays, $10 for ruffles chips and marble cheese? Not worth it. Get a catering company to help out with the tapas options and get more revenue with better food. The pop machine ate my money. My receipt said i would have a deep soaking tub, i did not. I suggest the sheets get more attention with appearance. Internet bandwidth is limited, no netflix. Towels aren't big enough, not enough pillows, bed really bouncy like it's not on a proper frame. The heat was blowing in my boyfriend's face most of the night, should look into a better heating system. The
Small room, no refrigerator. I'm very disappointed because I booked the room with preayment for the best fare. I needed to take a second room and I found out that the hotel made me a cheaper rate!
Location is just off Eaton Center, easily accessible to subway, shops, etc. Room was in good conditions and very clean.
Some services are poor. They provided only one pack of coffee and refuse to refill. The parking is covered and seems to be safe, but quite expensive and you may have unhappy experiences: charged me some extra money when leaving claiming that I exceeded the time with one hour (although the man in charge indicated me a different time limit when I entered).
I liked nothing about it and I still do not know what amount you booking.com charged my credit card. Kindly send me this info pls.
Yes the elevator I hated the idea of using a swipe key, it is stupid.
Nice hotel very central and conveniently located. It is clean and reasonably priced/
The location of the hotel is excellent for city travellers. sINCE I last stayed there the hotel has been refubished and is excellent. sHAME the restaurant was not quite finished.
location is good
I was really disappointed as when we went to check into the Bond Place they told us they had no rooms left and shipped us off to another hotel which was a long walk away I booked the Bond Place as I had stayed before and it was exactly where I needed to be one of your staff was very dismissive of us when we tried to find out how far the new hotel was so as you can imagine it was not a good trip
The new hotel we where transfered to was not very nice I thought it seemed a bit grotty we thought it was student digs
Location - in the middle of the city, size of the room
One had to wait long time to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant
close to downtown, subways. is quiet hotel even with so many people staying there..
I would like to have seen more variety of items in restaurant. but i ussually dont eat in hotels where i stay.
very small rooms, the beds were uncomfortable, and it was very noisy.
