Pros (+) Location and breakfast were good. Staff was courteous and responsive.
Cons (-) Fold out couch was horribly uncomfortable and there was no bedding for it in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get it. Also, the soap bar from the last guess was still in the shower. Ew.
Pros (+) The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was just ok. The biscuits and gravy were good but the potatoes were raw and the sausage seemed like it needed to be browned a little more. We will stay here again but likely eat breakfast out.

Cons (-) 1. Either the walls were super thin or the couple in our neighboring room have really not done it in forever. But, you can hear almost everything.

Cons (-) One of the wash cloths was pretty heavily stained. Not dirty, just stained. I just set it aside, the next day it had been replaced with a new one. Only downside for families would be no indoor pool.
