Cons (-) The water in toilet stool was so high it washed the boys while I was sitting on stool. Not your fault but if big companies complained maybe manufacturers would redesign them. Everything else was great.

Pros (+) Location was great. Water in lobby.
Cons (-) Room the ceiling had water damage.
Pros (+) Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Cons (-) This hotel states they have internet access. Not the case at least from your room. I went to the desk 4 times and overhead other customers complain that their internet access wasn't working. I had some work to do and ended up doing the work in the main lobby.
Pros (+) Overall a great deal for the price. Staff was excellent. Chris (from Massachusetts) was a stellar example of what a employee should be like. So upbeat, friendly, sharp and on top of everything. Other staff members lacked friendliness and seemed very lazy. Pool and hot tub were decent.
Cons (-) Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was very weak/watery. I'm fairly certain the eggs were made from powder and I couldn't get myself to swallow them.. Did not feel like there was much quality nutrition offered. Just an abundance of cheap carbs and very highly processed foods. There was a bowl of small oranges and apples.

Cons (-) The showet was cracking and the handle bar in bath was broken. To top it all of when grabbing my towel after getting out of a shower a pregnancy test fell out. Disgusting! Called the front desk and the young man didnt offer fresh towels! Will more than likely not stay at a Baymont again.
Pros (+) I was not expecting much from this place because of the price we got on it, but it was great..... Clean comfy rooms, nice staff, good breakfast! We were all pleasantly surprised!
Pros (+) The location was perfect for our purposes. The staff was helpful and the facilities were clean.
Cons (-) The wi-fi did not work at any time during our stay. It would have been very helpful to have had this available. Had I known it was not working, I wouldn't have booked a different hotel.
