Terrible. Cancelled my reservation. Lied about calling my number. Did not help me find another vehicle. Will never book with Hertz again

The Hertz company has a very poor standards (don’t want to use worst words). They only kept my reservation for two hours, unfortunately they didn’t specify it at the time of booking, and don’t respect flight delays. Also “extremely” poor service.
Stop letting people make reservations if you don’t have the car. Don’t let me reserve a pickup truck and let me find that you don’t even have one on lot when I arrive. Who does that? It should be a no brainer. Enterprise is utter trash

Enterprise cancelled my reservation 2 days before the trip due overbooking of their vans. We already reserved hotels and restaurants for our destinations and some reservations are non-refundable.

Awesome, Jennifer was super helpful and kind when helping us with the whole process of receiving our rental car and made sure to give us all the information we needed.
I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and The lady who was working was arguing with another client about returning his car and it was very uncomfortable. They continued on for about 30 minutes before looking at me and telling me to go away because they have no cars. She then tried to explain to me that the rental car company doesn’t have enough cars and how it’s so hard for her and all she was doing was complaining about her job and how much stress it is to work there. I had to leave in the middle of the conversation cause she wouldn’t stop talking about how horrible her life was and the company she works for is I then left and went across the street and rented a car from enterprise with no issue for the same price.
