The room was huge, and very comfortable, the Spa is well run and a great place to spend a day. The food is very good, buffet every night, so we were permanently stuffed full. Food cost about twice as much as it should have been, especially after the room cost quite a lot in the first place. Due to it's location, the clientele are a bit of a captive audience, so there is little choice. A cheaper option for eating would have made this the perfect place to stay at any time.
Excellent facilities, large spacious rooms. Very corporate, there were a number of conferences when we were staying there and they seemed to take priority over regular guests. For example, one evening there was a buffet BBQ - as we were about to take our main course a conference of 30/40 people descended on the BBQ. This was fine as we were in no rush, however when the queue did eventualy clear we had to wait for fresh food to be cooked during which time a number of the conference attendees pushed in front of us for their 2nd helping!
breakfast was great- fantastic choice. Pools clean. Massive room and comfortable bed. The road from the hotel was unfinished so was unsuitable for walking (unlit at night). This meant getting taxis each time you wished to leave the hotel (about 8-10 euros each time) If you upgrade to a seaview room please note the passing trains are constant and the high speed trains do distub the peace. A nightclub somewhere near by goes on until 6am and the noise carries. (I am not sure if this was just weekend thought) - we checked out after two nights (due to above!). There is no shop on site for things like large bottles of water, and the food in the hotel was in our view expensive.
Atmosphere, facilities Poor quality of the BBQ food
Polite and nice staff, quiet atmosphere. The food needs improvement, quantities offered fall short of the price paid for the various meals. Since there are no eating facilities close by, one is forced to eat at the hotel of pay up to 20 EU for a trip to town to get a bite which is essential given the minute portions offered on the menu. Almost necessary to order a hamburger in the lobby during the day, otherwise go hungry. A bus to town would help. I hope to go back to Stiges but will probably stay closer to town although Dolce Hotel would have been my choice if there was better access to the town and the beaches.
Hotel has everything you would ask for on a short break.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Pool area spacious, private and clean. Room was very clean, spacious and had excellent bathroom facilities. Furthermore, the view from the terrace of the sea and Sitges was outstanding. Not troubled by noise at any stage.Would highly recommend this hotel. We could not access our room one evening and had a wait of about one hour until lock on door was repaired.Manager of hotel offered a complimentary lunch. Excellent service. Distance from Sitges and beaches was a slight problem. We relied on shuttle service from hotel.Shuttle service was good but could be extended beyond 6.15pm, this being the time of last bus back to hotel. Other than that no complaints
The hotel is fantastic. As a solo traveller, i was looking for a hotel that was relaxing during the day, lounging by the pool, yet a short taxi ride in to town at night. I had room service every night of my stay and the quality ane service was top class. As was breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the near future..
the location and the design for a 5 stars hotel some basic things were missing such a DVD player
Dolce was perfect for what we were looking for. A beautiful hotel. A short taxi ride from the beach area of Sitges. Offered a shuttle service to the closest beach every half hour and twice a day to the centre of town. Very quiet at night.
Pool Response time of staff
nice friendly staff, clean, location was great, great food, everything was really good deffenately recomend this hotel for stay in sitges
Reasonably comfortable room. Excellent shower. Amazing breakfast buffet,- 5-Star hotel Standard. Very friendly staff, with one excepion. Good central location. Poor quality soap and artifically coloured shower gel.On arrival we weren't allocated a Superior room.
The staff were all very helpful and more than pleasant. I also have to mention the wonderful huge 'breakfast' buffet from 8 until noon. The parking is scarce and if you get a spot it's very 'cozy' but that's pretty much the way it is all over Spain.
Friendliness of staff, absence of noise, and munificence of the buffet breakfast!
friendly staff . excellent breakfast. convenient location originally booked a superior room in the annexe, however on arrival we found the annexe was due to close on the fifth day of our seven day holiday ,we were re allocated a room in the main hotel which didn't have the same facilities as the annexe room.
Very centrally located. Good breakfast. The rooms are spacious but not very nicely furnished.
Breakfast and the pool.
The location of the hotel is excellent for shops, beach, restaurants and nearness to the railway station. Although it is central the rooms are very quiet thus ensuring a good night's sleep. There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
lovely attractive pool area, friendly staff, good location
the breakfest was excelent, friendly stuff, clean room, very good lokation.
I very much liked hotel staff as well as calm environment
Very close to the beach convenient for the town centre too. The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Although there was plenty of choice at breakfast - some of the food seemed an odd choice and it was questionable as to whether it had been put back out from the previous night's dinner.
Relaxed with helpful and friendly staff, fantastic buffet breakfast and great view from room and the roof terrace
It simply fuctioned No
everything was fine
they do not have (do not disturb) sign for the door. we also did not get our wakeup call on our day of departure
The manager and clerks were very nice. The location was perfect. The sheets were horrible.
Liked the free internet & the wonderful breakfast. The location was super, on the sea and our room was clean & comfortable Would have preferred a room facing the sea. Maybe next time. No complaints.
Comfortable, reasonably quiet, facilities were good and the staff were always helpful if needed. We would recommend. Mainly the distance from the town facilities being aged 77 and 88 respectively, but the road train was an asset.
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly helpful staff.
the location on the beach is wonderful the staff´s respons to complaints is really poor, they take complaints very personal, the prices in the cafeteria are not marked correctly, we ordered coffee and croissants for 2.80€ and were charged 3.60€ and were told it was extra charge for the milk??????
Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and room was very nice and clean. Restaurants had good food; however, service was poor. Pools were very attractive and the kids enjoyed them. Beach is very scenic and accessable. The hotel is at the end of the beach front street and is very scenic and is apart from the crowds near the center of the beach. Restaurant service was poor.
Bedding was not very clean
Best location and cost effective 4 star hotel.
Very helpful staff. We rang the day before we were due to arrive and asked if we could come a day early. Were upgraded as a result to best apartment and only had to pay a slightly higher charge for additional night. Great pools and afternoon entertainment by friendly lifeguard in pool for children. Apartment lovely with very comfortable beds and big balcony. Satelite TV only had spanish and German programmes except for CNN.
nice view and close location to the sea. unkind staffs.
Clean rooms and hotel generally with lots of PayTV channels in many European languages (including a few BBC channels), and the free bikes were fantastically useful during our stay.
Le Magrill restaurant in Hotel is abosultely brilliant - Lobster Rice Casserole was amazing - we went to Barcelona for a day by train - otherwise we just did Pool and beach - restaurants in main town of Sitges are mostly very good too - would definitely stay there again - even the 20 minute walk along the promenade would not put us off Bars and restaurants all shut at 11pm - Hotel has no room service after this time - Hotel has no information on local attractions, tours
Right on the beach The mini market in the basement is useful. The Wifi in the hotel was a joke- intermittent and low quality. To get anything done, I had to revert to my phone's data plan. The bed was horribly uncomfortable- I developed bad back pain as of the 2nd night. The staff wasn't able to resolve as all mattresses in the hotel were the same. Staff at the front desk was indifferent to customers.
location : on the beach and walking distance from down town. Wifi in all rooms. Beds : not comfortable. The bathroom was smelling awfully bad ! And each time we flushed the toilet, an ogre, or a plane was invading the entire room ! We could hear the same noise coming from other rooms. Inacceptable for a 4 stars hotel.
good location, good facilities, relaxed ambiance, good breakfast, friendly staff
It was very close to the beach. It was clean. It was very good value for money. There was no bar service, even though there was a bar. The breakfast was expensive and not included in the room rate. The water had lots of chlorine in it and I understand that that is not the hotel's fault.
a front of ocean! Free cafe and tea at the lobby. too far from center! nothing around the hotel!
Location, comfort of the rooms and multilingual helpful and friendly staff.
Location was excellent close to town and beach, nice pool and pool area and staff very helpful. Ideal if you have a car as free parking. Room good size but basic. Cleaning staff were noisy first thing in the morning, standard of beds in rooms was poor. Wooden flooring meant people moving chairs in rooms above became annoying.
Quiet location, but only 10 mins walk down lovely promenade to the centre of Sitges. Coffee 'on tap' really appreciated and liked the fact they brought out croissants, danish buns, fruit, etc., after breakfast for residents to help themselves. Staff really helpful. No.
The location and the view of the sea from our balcony. The mini-bar was useful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Towels could have been newer.
The hotel was close to the sea, however far to far away from the city centre. The rooms were poorly decorated, and the sea view were only for smokers, therefore as a non smoker, I had to suffer the smell off tobaco.
secure and easy parking, sea views, very pleasant rooms
The hotel staff service was perfect. N/A
Gym charger per day A/C not working Location
The Melia Sitges is a breath of fresh air after many other overpriced and basic hotels in Sitges. Unfortunately many hotelliers in Sitges take of advantage of the popularity of Sitges and charge sky high prices for mediocre accomodation and poor service. The Melia Sitges is the exception. It is a bit of a walk from the town, but worth it
Standard of customer service with front desk staff - informative & helpful. Great breakfast choice. Location to Marina was great in evenings & great restaurants. Hotel website suggests use of pool, sauna facilities etc. Looked forward to this in the evenings, instead this is an additional € 11 charge -misleading. 15 minute walk along coast line to town - need walking boats for this - rough ground & rubbish
room with a terrace and with an excellent view, breakfast, amiable staff a good distance from the city centre
Nice big room with a balcony over looking the pool and seaside. Hotel is over priced and too far from the action. Didn't like waking up to a stranger in our room after reception gave out wrong key 8am in the morning and were unapologetic. Pool too cold to swim in. You have to pay extra to use the spa and gym facilities. Got an electric shock and stuck in the lift one time. Nice. Luckily only booked 3 nights. Ended staying downtown in a place with a balcony for a fraction of the price and had a much better time.
top ratings... especially from a hard grader. The rooms are large and beautifully done, ours had a terrace and 4th floor sea view. The staff is amazing. Pool-side or short walk to the beaches, a great place for a sun-worshipper like me. We've recently stayed in similar, resort style hotels in Nice and Monte Carlo, for two and three times the price. My partner and I will be back. nothing.
Within easy walking distance of Sitges centre Great breakfast as always with Melia hotels Limited lunchtime options for vegetarians - avoid the vegetable sandwich at all costs! The only English language channels were CNN, Sky news etc Always put do not disturb sign on your door at night as the chamber maid doesn't wait for a reply before opening the door in the morning!
The hotel is ideally situated and most rooms have a gorgeous view on the beach and the town of Sitges. The hotel is from the 70's or 80's but had a great facelift. The staff was unlike many 4**** hotels, very courteous, knowledgable and kind. There are great restaurants in the vicinity and Sitges offers great shopping. I was there off season and I can definitely recommend that! I have no idea what it would be like during the summer vacation and I also do not have a desire to find out. This was perfect. It is also fairly close to Barcelona. About 30 - 40 minutes by car. Ideal! Yes, that my vacation was over too fast! :-)
Beach, very friendly people, good food, night action. Hotel is in very noisy area. This hotel is no for somone ho need sillent and good place for rest.I recommend this hotel for young people and guy's. Sitges is city of guy's.
the room was perfect for my needs and very restfull. Bedding and towels changed on "Daily " basis My room was located near the central stairs on the first floorand was disturbed by entrance / lobby noise. I found the entrance doors open allowing noise from the street and from the Sports bar. thank goodness for ear plugs on occassions
Location was good. Most of the staff was nice but one of the desk clerks, Rene, was almost insulting. He was not accommodating in the things he could accommodate but it was the way he behaved that made us uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hooks for anything, the room faced a wall so we didn't know whether it was day or night, the floor was grainy.
It was close to the main shops and clubs. It was filthy, walls were covered in drips and stains, hairs stuck on wall surfaces. We didnt like to speculate what the drips and splatters were but we only stayed one night out of the two we paid for. The housekeeping staff start early so if your going to enjoy the nighlife dont expect to get any sleep through the screaming and furniture moving.
Very comfortable stay, staff etc very helpful, although extra, the breakfast was very good value
It's really next to the beach and the staff is very nice and helpful. Great value for the money.
Close to the beach, and within easy walking distance to the train station. I stayed here as it was cheaper than staying in Barcelona. The curtains were too thin and too much street light entered the room. In terms of brightness in the room at night, it was as if there was no night time.
The location was very central It was a bit noisy
I had a great room with a balcony overlooking the beach
The position of the hotel and the emenities. The room was very dated, patio doors need double glazing to reduce external noise level.
It was close to the beach.
I liked it very much.
Location and staff
location, patio on top floor beds were hard, gave me a backache
Very nice hotel and great value for Sitges I was unable to reserve a table in their restaurant for Sunday dinner for my family. They should make an exception to "no reservation" policy for guests of hotel.
Location, great restaurant food and staff, helpful reception staff Noisy babies in restaurant!
Location, cleanliness, staff and fantastic breakfast
Excellent position Facilities for drinks / snacks at the pool would have been appropriate
The location of the hotel is excellent. The entry to the carpark is tiny. Really only good for small cars.
Nice hotel with perfect location. Fresh OJ and good coffee at breakfast buffet! Lovely view over the ocean from the breakfast table. Staff was helpful when you asked for help. Cleaning staff was very friendly! Bed was a bit hard. Noise travelled a bit too easy between rooms and corridors. No guests were too loud, so his wasn't that big of a problem.
Frinedly people, good location, nice building The slide door at the entrance is really noisy.
The location was excellent.
Pilar was a very good resource of information
Nice hotel, old school Spanish luxury
location , room
Excellent proximity to everything in Sitges, particularly the film festival. All was excellent except for one consistently rude concierge.
The rooms and their cleanliness were excellent Lack of English TV despite staff's efforts. Restaurant good for breakfast, but not good for evening meal.So called "seaview" was an exaggeration.
The design of the hotel is interesting and romantic. The location of the hotel is excellent: fantastic view of the sea and, besides, you are in the centre of Sitges, everything is near - the old centre, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious Thank you very much for the stay.
Location - was short walk to sites/town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Rentable Business computer was unavailable tthe entire several days I was there so I could not log into check emails etc.
Good size room, nice staff, clean and very friendly overall
The view from the room facing the sea was spectacular and it was nice to be by the port, away from the bustle of central Sitges. The staff had booked us a twin room, instead of a double room by mistake - we asked them for a different room and they upgraded us to one of their best. Clean, excellent location. I found it quite expensive for what you got - it was clean, beautiful view, but nothing more. The staff could be more welcoming - they gave us the key, but no smile, and they didn't encourage us to use any of their facilities.
Space in the room. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff.
I stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with a balcony, which was extremely spacious. It was also close enough to walk to the town centre in 15 mins, and far enough away not to hear the festivities of the nightlife in the evening and early hours of the morning.
The hotel was nice, well kept with modern facilities. It has a beautiful location in front of a yacht club / port and has wonderful views of the Mediterranean and of the town of Sitges The hotel is located about 1.5 kms from the centre of Sitges. This is not a difficult journey or was it unexpected. However the port area has several gates that are closed and locked after midnight. The gate right next to the Port Sitges Hotel was locked several times when we were returning on foot from Sitges after a late night dinner. This necessitated a very long walk to the other end of the Port using twisting residential streets and then having to come back to the other end of the port where the hotel is located. This added an additional 2 kms or more to the journey. There doesn`t appear to be a valid reason for the locking of these gates, since the port is accessible at the other end without security staff on duty.
It's very quiet hotel. Has friendly, helpful stuff. No noisy, no parties. Just relaxing. The nearist beach is nudist ))))) Think the price is little bit higher then normal. And we had not exactly room with sea view - the picture from our window was the port. Nice, but there was no view of romantic sunset over the water as in the rooms on the opposite side.
The hotel was perfect for a quiet time with a nice walk along the coast to Sitges, and peaceful, friendly restaurants in the harbour around the hotel - in November. The swimming pool had a good size for exercise.
Located close to the sea, room was clean and air conditioned, had a beautiful seaside view, a nice balcony. I thought that an 80 Euro bill for a very small amount of laundry was very excessive.
nice outdoor bar too expensive for a mediocre room compared with other hotels in the area
I like the beachside location, the higher floors, the closeness to the old town. On one evening there was too much noise from the restaurant at the beach opposite. (Hotel staff should have addressed this).
Location. location. Rooms in need of update, poor condition.
The near location to the beach and the wiew of Sitges. The hotel staff and their ability to always be there whenever you needed them but never intruding in any way. My absolut favourite in Sitges will try to go back as soon as possible. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that during checkout we found out that there was NO tax included in the price so it got a bit more expensive then we had expected but it was still worth the money.
Very good location easy transfere to Barcelona ,peaceful area, Beds a lttle too hard.
Location Very Noisey, you could here everything in the surrounding rooms. Manager and staff on desk when busy very rude. Reception internet computer very unreliable.
The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. Sea facing room was great. I was intially booked into a "mountain view room" - this title is very misleading as there was no view at all - I then requested an upgrade to a Sea Facing room. I did find the standard of furnishings in the rooms to be average by international standards.
the view to the sea the smell of the room... some kind of desificating liquid i assume it was that made the room smell quite bad
The cleanliness, the hotel itself with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice view. Nice hotel staff. Great.
The hotel was set at a perfect location.
Nice location cross to beach, and my children really enjoyed pool too. I think family with small child may be convenient. In fact, many families were staying. There was not many kind of food in buffet for breakfirst/binner. it was almost same food everyday. There was not frige in the room, need to buy cold drink/beer in hotel bar. It is long distance between hotel and Sitges centre.(over 30minites by walking)
The sea front / view room. At the beach. Easy parking Its old and tatty and lack design
It's closing for a full refurb and it needs it desperately.. Smelly bathroom drains rattling air conditioning units unhelpful staff that that don't fix any thing ..breakfast basic .. Smelly drains , broken air conditioning, temperamental lifts which we got stuck in twice "
The room was old but the showers and WC was overhaul. the breakfast was not good, if the other rooms open the water tap you can hearing a lot of noises in your room when you slept. but its view to the sea is very nice. the reception stuff cant speak English well even they prefer to answer in Spanish!!!
I found the overall experience good, the pool was lovely and the beach was only across the road, I also liked that even though the hotel was out of the town it was still very accessable
Very good location by the sea (20 meters to the beach). Helpful staff, very clean and big room, nice balcony, seaview. Breakfast was good enough. Quiet and relaxing environment, good for families. Beach and sea was great for all ages. Good pool at the hotel (not for small children though since its rather deep, need to be able to swim). No fridge in the room. Safe cost extra. 20 minutes walking distance to nearest shop and the city but the walk was nice on the beach front !
very good breakfast, big rooms there is no fridge in the room
Fabulous location, Hotel Staff could not have been nicer. Fantastic Seaviews. breakfast good. The only fault that we have about this hotel is the very very dated decor- needs urgent updating!!!
It was too hot. We left for another hotel with air conditioning
the location is excellent the room allocated was above the zuka bar which was very noisy until 3am, we were told that unfortunately this can not be helped, eventually we moved to another room, the plates that food were served on for breakfast were continuously unbelievably dirty, with food still on then indicating they were not washed, the same for the pool bar / restaurant, we raised this but it did not improve.
The staff at he reception desk were pleasant. Breakfast was fairly good so was buffet dinner. The view from the room was magnificent. I really don't think that this hotel deserves four stars. The rooms were shabby and old, there were no electrical outlets to charge our laptop and cell phone, we had to unplug the TV to charge the laptop. The first big suite of rooms that they gave us had no bedside lamps, just a bright light in the ceiling. We changed rooms. The continual music downstairs in the reception rooms consisted of only two songs that went on and on for two days until several people complained. In fact several guests while talking to other guests said that they will never come back. The elevators had no memory. In other words the hotel needs to be renovated from top to bottom.
Nice quiet location, very clean and lovely staff. no
Design of the hotel, exhibition in the lobby. The view.
the place near the sea no todo bien
very nice hotel and comfortable rooms pool bar was closed with no possibility to have a drink; qiute strange for high season
Very nice location, good beach and outstanding enterior. Really an art hotel! Restaurant overpriced and food is not worth the extra cost.
clean. good view. nice room. far from centre.
-Staff spoke english, 3 Minutes walk to the main train stations, Free wifi in lobby, Wifi in rooms, Newley renovated rooms.
The rooms facing the water have balconies, which is nice for the view and sounds of the ocean. Also, rooms have small kitchenettes and refrigerators, which are very dated, but functional. A few things were unappealing: 1. Parking garage was 15€/night, really small, and disorganized. People were double parked (despite the hotel assigning one spot per person) making a small garage even trickier to navigate. There were no working buttons to exit the garage meaning you had to stop by the front desk and ask them to let you out before you leave. Minor issues added up and made cost annoying. 2. Rooms are fairly dated. Old furniture, old appliances, etc. A "double" bed was old school European style with two twins pushed together. More updated hotels have replaced these with true doubles or queens. 3. Location is somewhat far from main center of town where historical buildings, main beach, and restaurants are located. About a 15-20 min walk.
Quiet surroundings, near marina and its facilities, near attractive bay, civilised, good art and interesting building Internet wireless facilities expensive
its location near the marina and the beach staff rudeness, very poor value for money, being ripped off on the booking of the taxi to airport, lack of attention for client care
The hotel's quirkiness and individuality, the art was amazing. Although there were cooking facilities there were no cooking utensils - odd! Room needed more shelf space/drawers for folded clothes etc. The noise from the dumping of bottles into recycling bins on the seaward side of the hotel. Parking in Sitges is awful, so good to have a car park, however it was a very awkwardly situated car park.
The hotel is situated in the interesting inner city, near the beach, close to the shopping area. Very clean, new and modern. WiFi is free. The room is spacious. Very attentive and helpful staff. No bins in the room. Breakfeast is not very rich continental experience.Front rooms are noisy.
Loved the rooms, the design and location. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I have recommended and will recommend this hotel to my friends & family.
The hotel was in a central location, close to both cafes and beach. It's also very modern and feels very airy and fresh. It's a pity the location for the hotel close to the church on the Booking.com web site is incorrect and took a long while to find the hotel. Breakfast was very poor with very little choice or variety.
Very comfortable. Free wi-fi. Location. Breakfast is adequate, but more choice would help, particularly if a stay is more than a few days.
The hotel was bright and clean Room too small especially when classed as a 'suite'. Noise from nightclub could be heard until 3am when the hotel claimed to be soundproof.
Wonderful hotel, beautifully designed, hone like feeling from stuff and owner. Would have extended my stay if I could to stay there. Great food too!
Price and reception by staff; closeness to beach promenade no
Staff and location were excellent along with beautiful, stylish rooms. Nothing!
very stylish hotel there is no parking in the hotel (I think it is true for all the hotels in sitges) we had to pay 25 eur for the one night
romantic room a little small
The staff was very pleasant and accomodating
very close to the beach. friendly staff. close to the center, but not exactly in the center, which is good.. not really...
Hotel staff welcoming and helpful, good value for money, excellent pool facilities.
The pool was fantastic The bathroom left a lot to be desired, the staff were ok but not great, cost more than it should.
Nearby the beach. We stay at rom 530 - and there was not any view.
Good location to access promenade.Clean & tidy. I booked this hotel on the understanding that it was a double room (meaning double bed), as i was treating my wife to a weekend away as i've not seen her for a few weeks whilst working in Spain, only to find two single beds. On questioning the receptionist we were told that we had to request a double bed but they were all taken. Surely if you are advertising & selling the room as a double room as oppose to twin room then that's what we should be getting for our money????? There is no allocated parking for this hotel, it's just pot luck if you happen to find a space close to the hotel, this can prove difficult as it is a very popular & busy resort.......
great and great and great.... totally got my weekend get away as i wanted.
This place is newly renovated and it was almost like driving a brand new car: clean and responsive. Our favorite part of our stay was how friendly the staff was. Everyone was welcoming and helpful yet gave us space to enjoy our vacation. Sometimes that is a hard balance to find. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The fact that this hotel is a little on the smaller side meant that there were plenty of chairs for everyone. The room was large and we had a great view of the pool and the city. The hotel is also very close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I can criticize is that it is a bit of a long walk from the train station and the city center. Our walk to dinner was long, but that was totally fine though because we could easily walk up the boardwalk. Definitely take a cab from the train station if you have large bags.
very nice English speaking staff and surroundings of the hotel made our weekend off trip feel like a real holiday!
This was our second stay at the Antemare. All rooms were renovated during the last winter and are now comfortable, clean and quiet. They are decently sized and come with large terraces or balconies The staff is nice and helpful as always. Be aware that there is a 10 mins walk along the beach to the town center and the nightlife; not a bad thing considering how busy and noisy it can be during the summer months. In short, use your legs and sleep well. We will come back a third time.
the location to the beach was outstanding. The rooms were very quiet, and the staff were helpful. We locked ourselves on the deck one night, and they came right away. the breakfast was acceptable, but not outstanding. The coffee machine malfunctioned, and the tables were not cleaned and prepared for the next guests quickly enough. The pool needed towels.
The new swimming pool area is just awsome! Really nice, calm... Although I do not know if the rooms that look at the swimmingpool are so happy with the music they pley till quite late in the evening...
staff very helpful, good location, got a place to store bags & have a shower long after check out , very usefull when flights are late at noght. the first room I got was on the main street and very noisy. but was soon sorted out with another room . so this must be an ongoing problem.
I have just good worlds for this hotel and his stuff. You have to know only one - this hotel are love gay guys.
The location to the town centre and railway station is excellent for the price. breakfast was very basic
The El Cid No
The locationof the Hotel - in the Center and near the Train Station. Very, very noisy!!!! Poor meals at breakfast! Music day and night at the bar - very noisy. No possibility to sleep normally. The cleaning staff is very noisy while cleaning rooms. Speaking (or even Crying) since very early in the morning. The staff at the reception desk - exxcelent! All the rest - very poor.
the hotel has been updated and refurbished since my last stay and has air conditioning and the rooms have been redecorated. i booked through this site and my requests weren't passed on- however the hotel was iot at fault and explained the situation to me fully and were very helpful.
The hotel is basic and clean and the staff courteous and friendly. It is an excellent small budget hotel The rooms were a bit smaller than I realised they would be and the breakfast was rather monotonous. Some hard boiled eggs or fresh fruit would have been very welcome.
Freindlyness of staff
It's like family. very basic hotel, but we like the basic. They should install a little fridge.
good hotel, clean and not expensive situated in the middle of the city, and the people inside are very kind
Location Rooms bit tired could do with revamp and beds hard bathroom very small.
Staff were excellent friendly and very compitent None
Great location close to beach and nice garden with swimmingpool
Good location near to beach and town centre, very helpful staff
The double bed is very narrow and short. The bed is suitable for only 1 person who has to be shorter than 1.80 m.
Very well situated. Small but very pleasant. The staff are very helpful
Through my stay, I found that all staff was there to assist in anything I needed. I found location in Sitges great and setting (hotel it self) beautiful.
Great location and a very pretty little hotel. Staff friendly, nice pool with sunbeds etc. Close to shops, bars and beach. Gay friendly. Not their fault, but building work is going on 100m away. Looks like it'll be there until Spring 2011. A bit noisy when they're working (they start at 8am even on Sats)
Excellent and very friendly staff. Very stylish, old building. Thin walls. You can hear every little noise from other rooms.
The very friendly staff made our stay very welcome. The buffet breakfast was extensive. The room had a lovely view over the pool and was very quiet. Its location is within 10 mins walk to the centre of Sitges - a very enjoyable and relaxing stay
