Cons (-) Hotel front desk staff gave us a not renovated room on the eighth floor and were very unaccomodating when we began to complain. It took a phone call to Kayak customer service and a face to face conversation with the hotel manager before they agreed to put us into a different room. Cons (-) On one evening there was too much noise from the restaurant at the beach opposite. (Hotel staff should have addressed this).
