Awful experience. I regularly rent cars when going abroad and this has been the worst experience. Their ‘offices’ are in the middle of nowhere, they don’t make it clear enough that you need to get a shuttle. The shuttle is driven by someone who’s constantly on their phone driving dangerously. Once we arrived they told me I needed an international driving license as they couldn’t accept mine which is from the UK. This information as well as the information that they do not take AMEX was disclosed nowhere in the booking emails I have received. They offered an ‘alternative’ where I pay over €100 insurance which is non refundable for a days rental which is ridiculous. Ended up booking with Hertz on the day who were surprised my driving license wasn’t accepted. Please don’t waste your money and go with the big ones.

Terrible experience. Car rental had moved locations & for whatever reason, Expedia had the wrong address which is where we showed up with our baby and all of our luggage.
