Crazy good service. Staff so nice. Especially the Concierge Rudolpho…. However, all were amazing. Whether you do all-inclusive, or pay as you go… tip handsomely. You will be rewarded. Dolled out $5.00 bills American, was so taken care of. After a week, these folks were family.. Pros (+) The beach was nice. The Italian Restaurant was adults only. We ate there all 3 nights of our stay. The staff was great and the resort very clean, as we have mostly found to be true in Mexico.
Cons (-) We were there celebrating our 35th anniversary. This was not the place for a tranquil vacation. There were lots of children and families. They bused in people on Saturday, and picked them up on Sunday. The resort was very crowded, particularly the pool. The food was mostly buffets. The snack bar served a greasy hamburger that smelled great and tasted even better.
