Pros: The resort was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area, especially the lazy river and slide. Nice 36-hole golf course on the property.

Pros: The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. The kickoff dinner is perfect for us as we tend to eat lightly in the PM. Free wine and beer! Nice pool and hot tub. Clean comfortable rooms. Attentive, friendly staff.
Pros: Was originally assigned room by elevator. Husband preferred away from elevator. Front desk was more than accommodating! No more rooms like we had available, gave us an upgrade without additional charge! Very clean and quiet! Will definitely go back!
Pros: Great hotel. Friendly staff!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly. Family was personable. Lovely pool. Nice room and amenities.
Cons: Chemicals were used everywhere, especially air fresheners, which can cause breathing problems for some people. Location was difficult to find for us and the other guests. Communication could have been better, maybe because the son checked us in.
Pros: It felt very much like home and bedroom felt very luxury experience. The owners were very polite tried make me feel very comfortable.
Cons: Only thing was downstairs they were always there because they owned the place that's understandable.
Pros: The backyard was nice, though the pool wasn't usable
Cons: Carpets were very dirty. We found nail clippings on our dresser. We were led to believe we would have a private bath, which wasn't the case. The shared bath was carpeted, including by the toilet. The shower curtain was dirty.
Pros: The price was excellent, ands the people running it were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: when I hear "B&B," I think "quaint old home staffed by professionals." This was obviously a person's home, and we were crashing in one of their extra rooms. The neighborhood is a half- hour from downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the airport, making cab rides expensive.
When visiting Phoenix, Happy Valley House is a great choice to consider. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, along with onsite hiking/biking trails.
Pros: The bell hops/valets were great! They were knowledgeable, fast and treated you like a VIP. They always called you by name when ever you had contact with them.
Pros: We loved our time here! The grounds are beautiful and there are so many small little spots to sit and relax. Service is top notch. Access to the spa as a hotel guest is a huge advantage as well. Loved everything about our stay!
Pros: We enjoyed Happy Hour at T Cooks, excellent tapas. Guest service staff extremely polite and helpful. Great cozy room with a fireplace. beautiful grounds.
Pros: Very clean and easy access to parking and front.
Cons: The power went out.
Pros: The resort is beautiful. The wait staff at the restaurant was fantastic.
Cons: Check in was delayed until after the check in time and there was no apology for this. Staff at pool were not very friendly and very slow.
Pros: Everybody was very warm, friendly, patient and went out of their way to assist in every wAy possible.
Pros: Loved the little romantics alcoves around every corner with flowers, hummingbirds, and fountains.
Pros: Immaculate property. Flowers trees etc are beautiful. Historical property but feels new. Relaxing tranquil. Every employee seems happy. LOVE this resort.
Pros: The Royal Palms offered the perfect oasis for my boyfriend and I to completely relax and enjoy one another. We had the best vacation drinking Mai Tai's, Miami Vice's and Woo Woo's by the pool while catching some rays and laughing with each other in complete bliss. The room was perfect for romance, drinking wine on the balcony while over looking Camelback mountain and boning in the huge king size bed, tub and shower. Thank you Royal Palms and see you in 2015...Woo Woo
Pros: We were allowed to stay at the pool and to use the spa facilities to shower after we had checked out and before our evening flight. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
At Royal Palms Resort & Spa, there’s a story waiting to be told — and written — at every turn of its winding pathways.A Spanish Mediterranean estate built in 1929, Royal Palms artfully weaves together past and present, inviting guests to experience today’s finest pleasures amid the authentic beauty and refinement of a historic manor. Through its collection of masterfully curated experiences, gracious hospitality and idyllic and intimate surrounds, this living landmark surprises and delights.
Pros: Had tickets to diamondbacks game. Close place stay.
Cons: Breakfast was okay. Didn't care for turkey sausage.
Pros: staff friendly
Cons: shuttle service started at 7AM. - doesn't help for earlier flights
bathroom had lots of wear and tear; especially tub/shower
requested extra supplies via Kayak but didn't receive them upon check in.
Cons: The beds were torture. Not only were they hard, the springs were poking through. Also, we paid for queen beds and got doubles. The breakfast was a joke: it was in a tiny cramped little room and was gone every morning we went down. Worst of all, we were constantly bombarded by the extremely loud noise of elevator machinery. Seriously, it was impossible to relax there.

Cons: The pool was small however the day I decided to take my 2hr old to the pool the pool was empty & we able to enjoy it.

Cons: Decided to stay in instead of going out and the bar staff at the hotel was horrible waited 15 minutes for first drink and then couldn't remember what the drink was. It was super expensive and staff not very personable
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The Concierge Room is advertised as being for guests with rewards points at the Platinum or Gold level plus one guest. The hotel opened the Concierge Room to hundreds of pre-teen and teenaged girls unchaperoned, competing in a national ballerina event in the city. Business and professional guests very disappointed.
Pros: The Renaissance is close to so many cool downtown Phoenix venues - Valley Bar, Hanny's Seamus McCaffrey's, and Crescent Ballroom. We were able to walk around and had plenty to do all within walking distance.
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. It was in the heart of Phoenix. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The gym is very small and they were renovating so you could hear work being done and the elevators were really slow.
Pros: Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. When I got off the elevator to go to my room, I stepped on the thickest, plushest carpet ever. Room was spotless. Lots of outlets on the desk so I was able to keep all my devices charged. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Even the valet, when my car was brought around, washed my windshield before I started out for home. Extremely easy to get back to I-10. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - including lots of fresh fruit and again. Walking distance to Chase Field as well as lots of bars and restaurants.
Cons: Would have liked to have had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for putting on my makeup but there was lots of light.

Pros: My husband was in the hospital and your location was convenient.
Pros: The Price
Cons: Their shud be a social hour in the evening
Cons: Staff was super nice, polite and prompt to help.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. We had ended up without a car and they were patient and informative about the shuttle service that they operate downtown for free and to the airport for $10. It was a wonderful experience.
Cons: No complaints from me.
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Convenient shuttles. Breakfast included. Clean room and lobby.
Cons: Bed was not very comfortable. Our view out the window was a fast food drive thru. Room fridge was a bit noisy
Pros: Awesome breakfast.
Cons: My seminar was held in phoenix convention center. It is a little difficul to hangout with friends who stay in that area.
Pros: All of the staff were very cordial and helpful. I would recommend a stay here even for family.
Cons: The power going out in the morning and not being able to get ready for the day before time to take off.
Pros: The room was humongous as well as the bathroom. The washer and dryer were cheap but I think they should have aa dispenser in the laundry room so you can buy detergent/fabric softenerdryer sheets. The front desk was very helpful and nice. My stay was very enjoyable.
Cons: Whatever products they use to clean the room left it smelling aa little...bitter, almost like vvinegar but I sprayed some perfume to mask it and it was fine.
Pros: Breakfast is fantastic, pool and excercise great, staff extremely helpful, great value, large rooms, great beds, shuttle sevice.
Pros: Room was exceptionally clean!
Cons: First floor room.

Pros: Location, and the ability to use the amenities like the winding river pool at the resort across the street.
Cons: The cancellation policy was a bit frustrating. I had to leave a day early, but was not able to get a refund for that last day.I also missed the first day. Both of these were due to flight changes due to bad weather. Some kind of credit would be nice.
Pros: The proximity of the hotel to shopping and restaurants is definitely a plus!
Cons: I saw the outside even though the door was closed (all doors opened to the outside). The mattress and pillows were lumpy and need to be replaced. There were bugs in the bathroom. The bathtub spout almost came off when diverting the water for a shower.
Pros: Water features
Cons: No continental breakfast . Everything is extra
Pros: Clean room and nice location
Cons: Did not meet the standards (in my opinion) of a four star hotel based on very small room size, very small bathroom/tub/shower, lack of upgrades amenities both in the room and on the property. Should be a three start property (just my personal opinion).
Pros: That it had a fridge and microwave. It was also close to desert ridge.
Pros: The quietness and the place not being as hectic as the sister hotel across the way.
Cons: Nothing I noticed.
Pros: Convenient. Great room. Spacious.
Pros: Pool was great. Loved having access to the JW next door and all the amenities
Cons: Kickoff room was a bit small, nice but small.
Pros: The pools were amazing.
Pros: Pool area
Cons: Room was dusty- was sneezing and woke up with red eyes, dirty towels and soiled linen, chased away from fire pit near pool area by a swarm of roaches, drunk guest at pool area...
Pros: Loved it. Loved that you had access to JW Marriot
Cons: Loved it all
Pros: Great location for things to do away from the hotel. Pool areas looked nice but I unfortunately didn't get a chance to use them. Would like to stay again to use the facilities.

Pros: The location was great. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Garden room had a single window unit type AC that did not sufficiently cool the room. Hotel is currently under construction, which makes it very hard to get around. I found bits of cracker on the floor around my bed upon check in, but was too tired to deal with it at the time. The matress in my room felt old and sagged on one side. The pool bar closed at 5. The famous Catalina pool has many broken tiles. I was promised an emailed receipt at checkout, and have yet to receive it. I've made two calls to their accounting department and they have not returned my call.
Pros: My room was nicely renovated but bathroom much to small. The shower when in use would soak the bathroom floor. The property is getting tired looking, time for a face lift. I returned after 10 years and was disappointed to find gym still to small, spa uninspiring, exercise studio and bike/tennis area a throw back to 1980.
I would return to the front portico each morning from a long run and was never greeted by bell staff or offered bottled water as i stood there recovering from the run and sweating from the desert heat. I have become so accustomed to being greeted by staff with bottled water and towel upon returning from jogging at all great hotels that i really resented having to ask for it.
The main lobby is beautiful and I enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio adjacent to the lobby. The bar staff was lovely. Lunch and breakfast in Frank and Albert's was painful to endure. Breakfast was so delayed with mistakes to the order and lunch was mediocre. The cafe also disappointed. One meal at each was one too many. Best meals were all off property.
My daughter and I walked thru the shops and found once again we were back in the 80's. We love to shop so it was hard to believe there was almost next to nothing to buy.
Housekeeping was a bit lacking of management, it seemed. Dirty dessert dishes lingered in my room for two days.
The Scottsdale - Phoenix area has so many fabulous resorts, it's to bad The Biltmore doesn't seem to be one of them anymore.
Pros: We celebrated our anniversary and were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the front desk staff sent a beverage, chocolates and fruit to our room when they learned. Loved the room, the grounds are amazing and enjoyed the amazing amenities. We're planning to return every year.
Pros: Mountain biking and guide (Chip) were excellent.
Wright's was outstanding dining all around. Food, service, presentation, ambiance, price. If the entire resort were run like Wrights, this would be a five star resort.
Spa services, attendants were great.
Megan O. at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The lobby is beautiful.
A Maintanence engineering employee whose name I did not get.
The bicycle room service provided a bit of whimsy and were a delight to watch them ride through the resort.
The swim up bar is a nice touch, but perhaps should not be immediately next to the kids water slide.
Cons: Was billed as a five star resort when I booked it. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice place with a lot of history. However, a five star resort implies attention to little details that separate you from other resorts. Those little details were missing. While I understand the main entrance is under renovation, the concrete blocks holding down the umbrellas for the valets looked cheap and haphazard. Not a good first impression. Upon arrival, no one offered to help with my bags, merely pointing me to the direction of the temporary main entrance.
At that entrance, there is a small lip in the doorway, making it difficult to maneuver a roller bag.
While the front desk did ask if I needed assistance with my bags, no bellhops were around if I did, and given the room location, they should have been more readily available, as my room in the garden wing is on the second floor accessible only by stairs.
Upon check-in, I searched for ice (which with a bellhop could have been a non-issue at least for the first day). I could not locate the ice machine, or anything in the in-room literature to direct me. I found a housekeeper and asked her. She did not seem to know either. A maintenance engineering department employee coming out of a guest room overhead the conversation and immediately led me to the nearest ice machine himself. Unfortunately it was broken. Not only that, there was a bus cart full of dirty dishes stowed in front of it. Again, this is the kind of little detail a five-star resort takes care of. The ice machine in the adjacent paradise wing seemed more designed for "back of the house" rather than for a guest to be accessing it.
Service at Frank and Albert's was very nonchalant. It did not seem as is they cared if we stayed to eat or not, or enjoyed our meal.
Everything seemed to be under construction at once, causing noise throughout the day, from early in the morning until afternoon.
When I asked about this, several, employees' response was "well, it's the slow season...." as if I should have lower expectations because it's August. Again, a little detail a five-star resort should nail. Guests should not notice a difference in staff attention regardless of "season."
A few other "little details": In the lobby bar, the cords for the TVs and speakers were haphazardly hanging, not neatly along the wall. There was visible water damage on one of the corner speakers. A large cobweb was hanging in the corner and blowing with the AC. There were several areas where grout or paint had dripped onto the pressed concrete blocks from recent renovations but were left there, not removed.
The pool desk was open and appeared to be staffed, but was unmanned for five minutes, leading me to walk behind the desk to help myself to clean towels as no one was around.
Ultimately, we cut our stay a day short and moved to a different area five star resort, where we did not experience any negative issues.
Pros: Nice pool and gym. Great drinks at the hotel bar. Beautiful hotel.
Cons: They seemed to be incredibly short staffed in terms of housekeeping. On our first night, our room wasn't ready for check-in at 6:30pm -- 2.5 hours after the hotel's check-in time of 4pm. It seemed like it would work out in our favor because we got a room upgrade since our assigned room wasn't ready. But then on our second day our room wasn't cleaned until 4:30pm and on our third day, they didn't clean the room at all -- and we were out of the room from 10am until 9pm! When we called the front desk, they offered to send someone to clean the room, but it took 40 minutes for someone to show up.
Pros: Lots of places to sit and talk. Good facilities. Newly renovated rooms are very nice. Staff is great!
Cons: Smoking in the general seating areas outside
Pros: Everything! Very Unique.
Pros: Many luxury features. Service very good and happy hour nice.
Cons: Hot tub not warm, bed sagged in middle, no robes, landscapers started gas power hedge trimmers at 8:35am for 45 minutes in courtyard next to room.
Pros: Property is fantastic. Amazing history of the Biltmore, as seen in all the photos throughout.
Cons: Room needed updated
Pros: Fabulous architecture and gardens; friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts. Everything!
Pros: Truly beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. Upgraded us to a private cottage room free of charge. Would love to stay here again soon.
Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access; spa access; putting green use; local area shuttle; local, toll-free, domestic and credit card calls (no access fee). There are five unique dining options throughout the property, including American comfort food with a Sonoran influence at Frank and Albert’s and a modern twist on classic cuisine at Wright’s.
Pros: Great historic building that fit in right in the center of downtown. As it is a historic property, the lobby was marvelously refurbished with its marble surroundings. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the style is wonderful. Close to everything in downtown including the light rail, bars/restaurants, sports arenas, and nightlife.
Cons: As it is a historic property only valet parking available which may inconvenience some but wasn't a deterrent for me. Room service limited to a few hours daily.

Pros: If you're attending a function at the convention center, this is the perfect hotel.
Cons: I wish that there was a small store for incedentals.
Pros: I do appreciate the employees and the easy access to many other attractions. That was nice
Cons: I did not like the actual bed and the sheets and covers. I must of woke up 6 -7 times. Sheets where not soft. They were hard and loud. The bed was noisy and felt old. Was not a comfortable sleep. Also. This is arizona the air is dry. Maybe giving complimentary waters would be nice. Not charge $5 per water bottle.
Pros: The view, the rate, the employees
Cons: The carpet, the old Apple phone radio
Pros: The staff was friendly and I liked the amenities in the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was really small.
Pros: Walking Distance to Chase Field.
Cons: Room had a vague smell of cigarette smoke.
Pros: Typical nice Hyatt hotel.
Cons: Fix the hot water!
Pros: Very close to Talking Stick Resort Arena and Chase Field.
Cons: Staff was not very knowledgeable about the area which was strange considering they live there. Parking is terribly overpriced and wifi is not free. Hotel overall looks very tired and run-down. Online pictures are not a true representation of what the property looks like.
Pros: The heart of downtown Phoenix within walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown.
Cons: The most uncomfortable bed I've attempted sleep in for as long as I can remember. My poor back.
Pros: Great location for what we needed. I really liked the Fitness Center. Plenty of cardio machines. Nice touch having the cold, wet towels available.
Cons: Water temperature was terrible in the room. Either too cold or too hot. When I turned on the hot water at the sink to wash my face it got very hot and no amount of cold water would cool it down for quite a while. The shower had to be turned all the way hot to get a warm shower. There wasn't a shower towel mat for the floor the first day we were there.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Located in downtown Phoenix across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center and Symphony Hall, the hotel is within easy walking distance to downtown offices and government buildings. It is only 3 blocks from Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena and several other sporting and theater venues. The decor reflects the warmth, comfort, and ambiance of the Sonoran Desert and it's 3 great restaurants offer options and value with Hyatt service standards.
Pros: I am very pleased with my stay.the customer service was beyond wonderful I would recommend this place for sure The check in was fast and easy .I was given a choice in room location & type. bed was the most comfy ever. clean .Maids gave me privacy. thanku!
Cons: No i am completely satisfied
Cons: Having lost my wallet, the attendant on that night was not helpful and had a negative attitude. Sad that he left me standing there after telling me I could not check in. I found help elsewhere.
Pros: The location is great and the beds are the best!
Cons: No covered parking
Pros: Comfy room and nice staff.
Cons: The pool area, it was a bit dirty (leaves in water). But nothing too awful.
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: No free breakfast
Pros: All the staff provided great customer service. When my husband and I thought we misplaced our keys, they were very helpful in getting us a new set. The room it's self was extremely nice! It was perfect for our needs: One bed, but still very spacious.
Cons: The only mild inconvenience was that other holiday inn we're located next to breakfast locations, but ours was not. It would not stop us from returning, but it's a factor to consider if that matters to you.
Pros: This hotel is outstanding. Food is affordable and excellent, staff are polite and hard-working, and the rooms are beautiful.
Pros: The staff was very friendly!! The man who drove the shuttle bus was good with children. Nice patio area to sit outside and have your coffee.
Cons: 50 dollar hold on debit/visa
Pros: The location and the friendly staff
Pros: Comfortable. Great air conditioning. It can be 120 outside and between the curtains and AC, you could sleep until 3 PM.
Cons: Location near airport has a lot of traffic.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Shower didn't work
Pros: Nothing at all. They took my money. Didn't tell me about the deposit and won't refund. I demand a refund.
Cons: I hated everything from the staff to pricing

Pros: Everything was very nice, but I especially liked the pool area.
Cons: The stairs to the roof terrasse was next to my room and someone was unlocking that gate at 7:30 every morning, with less then a quiet manipulation. Other then that, no complaints what so ever. i loved the place.
Pros: We spent most of our time at the pool it was a great relaxing atmosphere the only drawback was that the pool closed early
Cons: We didn't like that the pool closed so early
Pros: Great, helpful staff; Arty and comfortable; Delicious bistro / bar; Wonderful rooftop bar / open lounge with live music. Convenient location and easy covered parking.
Cons: In Phoenix!
Cons: There was a dj poolside all day, then a jazz band played on the roof directly above me until 10:00 pm. 7:00 am kids yelling bloody murder in the pool, if you don't like sleep this is your spot
Pros: Excellent staff , great swimming pool for all ages , low cost meals , happy hour every afternoon , bands playing most nights
Cons: Luke warm water for showering and shaving took ages to obtain , towels old
Pros: Restaurant was good. Junior suite was spacious.
Cons: No hot water so cold showers all weekend. Towels were old and not very soft. Combo shower/bath was old/cheap. Blinds wouldn't close completely in living room area so privacy was an issue - especially since you could see through to the bedroom. Overall impression is that they took an old, run down 2 star hotel and tried to updated it with hipster accents. I've seen it done well elsewhere but here they fall short.
Pros: Lady at the front desk was very helpful finding me food at 12pm.
Pros: Breakfast. $10 voucher for the in-house restaurant. Rooms & beds were clean and sharp.
Cons: I booked a Sunday night stay. Apparently they were all-booked for the night before, and after I arrived 30 minutes before normal check in time on Sunday, and they couldn't accommodate me for those 30 minutes and made me wait until the normal check in time.
Pros: Location was good for what I needed. Other than that, stay away.
Bedding was clean, staff was attentive and polite, but the place has not been maintained. At all. The property may have ranked a 4 star rating long ago, but it honestly looks like that was the last time they even spent a dime on upkeep of the structure. Again, the employees were great, but the place is a dump.
Cons: Room had carpet that was withered and frayed, looked like it had been installed in the 80's. As if that wasn't enough of a tip off, there were several huge stains that literally looked like a donkey had urinated a few times - again, quite a while ago.
Air vents have not been cleaned since the last century, so if you are into breathing spores, other people's skin cells, and bacteria - this place is for you.
I also had the pleasure of sharing the suite with a loud buzzing noise every 55-60 seconds. Sounded like a cell phone on a table vibrating. After a few nights of putting up with this, I decided to investigate. Really with I had not... first I found a huge 36" x 16" hole hacked out of the wall behind a mirror hanging in the connecting hallway to the front room. This had some other mismatching hunk of drywall dangling in it, not really doing much to seal the hole. Emergency plumbing repair unfinished? Maybe the source of the camel pee stains, don't know. Finally, I found the item responsible for the 55 second interval alarm... behind the vent in the ceiling, a cheap recirculation pump was mounted with no thought for vibration dampening. Seriously, this thing was absurdly annoying.
Honestly, I've seem far better maintained rooms in a Motel 6 or Super 8, I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
Pros: Old meets new was fun. Learning more about Don being blown-up in his crappy, small, yellow forgien sports car gave a fun dangerous vibe.
Fitness room worked.
Loation is great.
Covered parking rules.
Cons: One beat House music is hard to take by the pool trying to read or on the roof watching a beatuful sunset. That music requires the listener to be on lots of really good drugs in a club to be appriciated. However, I dare to say most people thing that music sucks anytime, anywhere while on any drug(s). Clubbing, stockholm syndrome nonsense, sholdn't be forced on everyone in the name of pseudo cool.

Pros: As always the Weather during Spring Break is wonderful. The general layout of the resort is wonderful. This is my 3rd trip here since 2009 and we want to make it a annual thing for myself and my kids,
Cons: This trip we experienced a lot of horrible service, missed room services, not being attended to while at one of their restaurants. the exception was the last night we were there. I spent $5000 over a course of 6 nights we stayed..I would expect way better service when ones pays this much. Im considering not coming back due to the service not matching the price I paid. I also feel the resort could use a bit of updating and repair. Eep in the room when we had burnout light bulbs and once again they were never replaced on our stay.
Cons: Bar closed at midnight
Cons: The waterpark was supposed to open on February 18th per the website and a phone call to the hotel - so we booked from February 20th to 24th. What they failed to inform us was that the Waterpark was only open the weekend before and the weekend afterwards. When we arrived on the Monday the person who greeted us and showed us to our room talked about the Waterpark being great and only later did we find out it was closed. We got 2 nights of the facility fee refunded, however the other 2 nights were not refunded and we chose this hotel especially because of the waterpark. Very disappointing.
Pros: Staff.Staff and Staff is the resorts strength... Luz was great; fast and friendly. She got us checked in and on our way quickly with limited swim time available......that was important.
Dan escorted us to our room and set us up quick and easy.
Room service was awesome
Cons: Resort fee seems over the top considering daily rate being charged
Pros: We went for the water park & got more than we expected for the holiday with extended hours & activities for the children. For an additional amount we could check out later & enjoy the park more. Staff were very courteous.
Cons: No microwave
Pros: This isn't a very romantic resort. Too many places for families and not enough places for romance
Cons: DO NOT LIKE THE EXTRA CHARGE AT THE DESK OF $49 FOR WHATEVER. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $110 WHICH $55 IS REIMBRUSED AFTER SO MUCH TIME. CHARGE WHAT YOU WILL AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. WE COME FOR THE SLIDES & LAZY RIVER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. BUSINESS MAYBE DIFFERENT.
Pros: rooms and Oasis waterpark
Cons: menu choices for romm service a little limited
Pros: We loved our comfortable room. We loved the waterpark. We loved being able to check in a little early.
Cons: We didn't love not being able to bring a few snacks into the waterpark. They make sure you have to buy them there.
Pros: We really enjoyed the Oasis Water Park they had different events going on which made it super fun for the kids.
Cons: The room was clean, great location close to shops restaurants and more. Plenty of things to do at resort.
Pros: Comfortable suites with good beds; lush vegetation; wonderful little swimming pool right across from our suite; restaurant patio dining; a great water park for kids; good gift shop.
Cons: Furniture somewhat dated; very small bathroom; stained carpet in living room (except for that, the suite was very clean).
Pros: Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere... we celebrated our first year anniversary here and the staff was very courteous that we had an upgrade on our room and a bottle of wine given to us for free at your arrival!
Cons: Restaurant had good quality food just a little overpriced.
Pros: The water park is so fun ! There are so many fun things to do there the water slides are awesome! The beds are super comfy too!!
Cons: There's a resort fee that should just be included in the price but it's for a good reason and the room service is a bit high .

Whether meeting with colleagues or vacationing with friends, gracious service, creative culinary delights, and unique recreational activities await. All in the midst of a tropical escape.
Pros: Reserved the room on Kayak when my plane was delayed and I knew I would not make the connection but later airline decided to give a voucher for my room. When I tried to cancel this room, a mere 4 hours later, I was told no and that I would be charged even when I would not be using the room. Will not be using Kayak again. #gotmeonce
Pros: Location is right by the airport and within 20m of anywhere you want to get in Phoenix and surrounding areas
Cons: Pool was fairly small
Pros: The family and I were stranded and the hotel saved us from staying at the airport over night with a 2 year old. The room was clean and they furnished a crib for my kid.
Cons: The lights in the room next to the beds didn't work. The cords on the lights was bent at a weird angle so the wires were not making the electrical connection needed. All the others lights worked great.
Pros: Good house keeping, friendly staff
Cons: Limited restaurant menu
Pros: my stay was clean, high grade and complete with good services, thank you.
Pros: comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the room. Liked the big screen tv.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: Nice staff. Good restaurant. Good business center where it was easy to print boarding passes.
Cons: The hotel is past it's best. The room was fine, though the elevator, hallways, and common areas were shabby, even dirty. The airport shuttle was difficult to find. Had it not been for the volunteers at the airport, I wouldn't have known how to locate it. Even after calling the number, the phone just rang endlessly. We would stay at a different airport hotel next time.
Pros: The room was fine, nothing special but not bad. The lobby has clearly been remodeled and has a nice lounge and bar area.
Cons: There was a crazy screaming drunk man in the hallway that kept us up for hours and it took the police a long time to come. While the hotel apologized in the morning, I felt that more should have been done to compensate for the fact that we were not able to sleep at all.
Pros: I loved the bed
Cons: They placed us where we were facing the AC unit, a used towel from a previous guest was still there. The headboard had som sort of white residue on it. Parts of the room was dusty. I found hairs stuck to the sheets on the bed.

Cons: Breakfast was fair. The air conditioner in our room failed but it was fixed while we were out.
Pros: Staff great. Clean. Great deal
Cons: Loud hotel guests/highway noise on weekday
Pros: Staff friendliness and flexibility
Very comfortable beds
Good televisions with high-definition
Refrigerator, microwave, coffee in the room
Always felt safe inside
A little removed from downtown (a plus for me)
Cons: Run down bathrooms
Strange smell in the room sometimes
Pool was small, but clean and effective nonetheless
Vending machines were glitchy

Cons: Rooms need updating. Pool dirty. 90% kids. They should advertise this resort as a kids and family resort. Not a good value for the money
Pros: Everything was amazing.
Cons: How early check out was not the best.
Pros: Aging but acceptable property
Cons: The practice of a mandatory resort fee seems to be a gouging tactic if you don't use the services. Not against this property specifically, just the industry practice. Other than that, a pleasant stay.
Pros: I loved the cozy rooms, I get cold very easily so I was able to turn the heat on full blast while being in a SUPER comfy bed. Room service was amazing and very quick and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Pros: Easy check in
Cons: They boast "millions of dollars in recent renovations" but the rooms are just awful. I remember this resort from many years ago, and at the time it was very nice. They have basically let the whole place become run down and have milked it for all the money they can get out of it. It is a run down crappy "resort" now, and should be condemned.
Pros: I like the location on 16th Street. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Water park was fun.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Water park was smaller than I was hoping. Not a lot of choices for dining on resort during summer.
Pros: It's a nice place, bed was so good
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Pros: Nice rooms for the price, fun waterpark, but the pools were dirty and the pool pavers were blistering hot on our feet.
Pros: The pool was great! The pool staff was excellent and always around if you needed anything!
Cons: We were unable to check in early, so they said they would text us when our room was ready which should have been by 4 because that's the time of check in. Around 4:30 still no text, so we decided to go check ourselves. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk about checking in she said our room was still not ready. Luckily she moved something around and got us into a room, but what if I hadn't gone to the front desk and just waited for a text who knew how long we would have waited. If check in is at 4 then we should have been in a room by that time. Also the housekeeping never came to clean our room on the second day which I found very odd.
Pros: The amount of space for the King bedroom suites was very accommodating. There are two separate rooms, a living room area with a pull out bed is great to use if you have additional folks with you or children, and a separate bedroom in case you want more privacy.
The staff were very knowledgeable and responsive. I didn't need much assistance, but for the few questions or needs I had, they were quick to aid me.
The resort is kept up well. It has stayed up-to-date since my last stay there 20 years ago. I'm happy to see it has been kept in good condition.
I went to the spa and the masseuse was incredibly experienced and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend the spa.
Cons: There are a few small areas that the resort could improve on:
-I noticed it was very difficult reaching hotel staff by phone. I tried every single line (ie Guest Request, Room Service, Front Desk..) just to try to reach someone. This happened to me about 5-6 times within my first 36 hours. They could work on beefing up availability of folks to answer phones.
-The spa was fantastic, and one of the showers was very dark, and had one ceiling light which was not in the shower. This made the room dark after pulling the shower curtain. It didn't do justice to the overall appearance to the spa.
-Also I would recommend the spa supplying a few creature comforts in the locker room, such as disposable combs for people to use after showers.
Pros: This place is beautiful. The grounds and buildings are recently remodeled and they are very clean. The room had a lot of space. Parking was great, and the resort fee was actually worth it for once. They give you a lot for the $24 a night fee, I had no complaints.

Pros: I really liked the bathrooms, very clean, spacious, and logically laid out. The beds themselves were pretty comfy and overall things were nice and clean.
Cons: The AC was a tad bit finicky, it was either a little too hot or a little too cold and there was no way to program a "smart" auto setting in the thermostat. You could set it to a temperature, and if it wasn't quite at that temp, it the heater would turn on, too cold and the AC would turn on. I didn't want the heater to turn on but there wasn't a way to turn that part off. Not a huge biggie at all but that's my only complaint.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and great! Breakfast was good especially the Svenhard rolls! The took care of noisy neighbor issue promptly.
Cons: The room next was making a lot of noise and it came through an adjoining door. We called the front desk and within 15 minutes they were quiet. The moved us to a quiet room the next day.
