The staff on reception were amazingly friendly and helpful. The food in the bar was lovely.
The sink in the room had no hot water and no plug guard. The shared bathroom really needs refurbishing, the drain for the shower had a loose cover and the toilet flush kept sticking. The bed linen although clean was stained and a little torn. Poor value for money.

The location was amazing, very close to the metro stations. The staff was very nice and helpful, the facilities were nice, the bed was clean and comfortable, with power outlets right next to them. The wifi was a bit weak at times but mostly worked without an issue. The breakfast was okay.

Enjoyed the privacy curtains in the room and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant has good food at decent price, especially if you order something on one of their speciality days.
The showers are awful. Either too hot or too cold. Also, I understand the idea behind wanting to save water but having a press button that only allows the water to run for about 30 seconds is very inconvenient, especially because most people are going to continually press the button anyway to keep the water running. The elevator is also very slow.

“The staff is very nice and they speak very good English. The room we stayed in was quite big and we both had enough space for our luggage. The area is really lovely. There are loads of supermarkets and the canal right next to the hostel is nice to hang out at. It’s a really nice hostel for a few nights, can recommend.”
