Very roomy apartment, with lots of space for the family. Well furnished kitchen and bathrooms.
Appliances are old and in need of maintenance/replacement.
The facilities were fantastic. The room was spacious and looked new. There were not many around us, so it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the washer and dryer too.
There were s few things I could have done without. First of all, the jetted tub looked wonderful, but after filling it with water and turning on the jets, brown flakes came out of the jets and floated all around the water. Yuck. Also, the kitchen was advertised as fully equipped, and it certainly wasn't. There were many simple things that should have been in a kitchen, like a cookie sheet or bottle opener, that weren't there. Also, I was staying there with five adults, all of whom were coffee drinkers. The hotel provided one pack of coffee that made 4 small cups. Anything additional had to be purchased from their store. Not. We went to the grocery store and bought our own.
It was great
Washer and dryer in the room.
Pricing is a scam, they make you pay for everything including housekeeping fees and resort fees.
The amenities were more than sufficient.
Rooms could have been cleaner.
Spacious, fully equipped suite that was close to everything but still quiet and very clean.
Free (wired) internet access was great, but wireless connection would be more convenient.
Location, size of condo plus kitchen appliances etc
To pay additional for a full clean
I had trouble with the reservation as they thought it was for a 2 bedroom. I had a reservation for a 2 bedroom then cancelled that and made it a 3 bedroom. I checked with the resort before I got there and the error was discovered. I showed up and the error was still there. The front desk did fix the problem and put us in a 3 bedroom at the rate quoted in the reservation.
Excellent, spacious accommodation
No restaurant. Breakfast room and choice of food unacceptable. Staff lack local knowledge - foreign students mostly.
I like the cleanliness of the rooms, the jettub (although small), and the continental breakfast (especially that they let people take it to their rooms - that was so convenient for us with small kids.)
The sofa bed in the living room was a nightmare(they should consider 2 double beds in the guest rooms instead of 1 queen or those short twins. There were no activities for kids or kiddie pools. Even though they have a sign for spa, there is no spa in the hotel.
