Pros (+) The housekeeping staff was so nice. Each morning their team greeted us and even assisted us out of courtesy with opening or holding doors when we had our hands full. The front desk could use their level of customer service and friendliness.
Cons (-) The breakfast was okay. I had requested a room on the seaworld side on an upper floor weeks in advance. We had a double queen suite. I called the hotel itself 2 different times to make sure my request was known. They verified each time.
