The French toast was so delicious and bed comfortable. My 3yo son enjoy the pool and the ladder. We have just an amazing vacation.
The Pool and the staff was very friendly
Parking! It was a nightmare!
Didn't have breakfast....did it come with the room? If so was not aware of it.
Amazing pool and beautiful facilities
The pool was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. There were many options for food within the resort. The location was convenient to Disney,
The parking was horrendous. People were parked on the grass, in the middle of the road. When we complained about parking at Tower I when we were staying in Tower III, the front desk said that’s too bad.
The landscaping is beautiful.
There are a ridiculous amount of hidden fees. No matter what price you book at, there are added fees for the use of amenities. And then TAX on top of that. Bringing amenities fees to almost 30$! We only stayed one night, so the added cost was significant to a nightly rate. Unsure if this cost is nightly or per stay. Also REFUSED to refund my money and cancel reservation even after I explained I was misinformed after booking. They do not provide airport shuttle, which was my misunderstanding- however, it was poor business practice since I had booked and asked for refund within an hour of the booking. Will not go back and will not recommend solely based on poor business practice/customer service and hidden fees.
They charged for everything. I don’t like getting a quote for a stay then have hundreds added in fees and taxes ! Not to mention the bartenders conveniently forgot to tell us that there’s an automatic gratuity added to all checks - so we double tipped for three days!! That’s criminal and shady if nothing else. And that’s on top of haveing some of the most expensive drinks in town 9.80 for a draft beer with their auto tip added !! Wow I was at Disney celebration and it was only 5.75 for two beers at happy hour and I could tip What I felt they deserved !!
Location and comfort of the room.
Worst experience ever
There were a lot of shops and an awesome pool
They overcharged me for a room then I had to buy another room and when it came time to get my money back for the extra rooms it took forever then they didn’t want to issue me my money back after speaking to several different ppl and providing my bank statement. Yet they get their money right away. Horrible service the ppl there don’t know what they’re doing business wise. Never spending a coin there again.
I love that there was something to keep all ages entertained.
This may sound petty but finding outlets in the room was a task
The lobby was beautiful. Staff very courteous. Was upgraded to a villa which was spacious and comfortable.
The building we were placed it was nothing like the lobby area. Hallways were a bit dirty and villa was a bit dated.
No hidden horrors- very good standard.
That some of the facilities were closed due to being low season
The hallways/corridors were filthy. There was debris on the floor that was not vacuumed or cleaned up during our three day stay.
located in excellent area for businesss meetings
a bit pricy for dining since no continental breakfast provided
We attended a conference that took place at the hotel and surrounding area. Very convenient location and we have stayed there many times.
The pool was great and also the gym is well equipped. Mainly I taught that is more romantic this hotel since we had our honeymoon there
It's location is far from all attraction except Disney World since we had a free shuttle and we spent alot of money in Taxi .
The air conditioning was to cold. Had to turn it off completely in the room but the hotel itself was like a freezer. The breakfast was poor, no hot milk and the food very havy for the health. Only some fruits like bananas were ok.
It was all right. I would not return.
The furnishings are rather old-fashioned and overwhelming.
Keycards - kept had to return to reception who blamed my mobile phone as cards did not always work
The room was great, the pool was excellent (we had better time in the pool then in Disney World ( summer heat in Orlando is a killer)).
The swimming pool
The staff on the desk only spoke limited english being mainly spanish speakers and it was very difficult to communicate.
