I didn't like the room they were normal as per the price nothing extra ordinary so DNt go with much expectations It was my 1st anniversary so felt very normal The breakfast was nice though
The breakfast buffet was okay. The restaurant Peshawri was excellent. It was just a terrible experience. Even though we booked the highest category of rooms, we had no view and the room was crammed and badly designed. We had to ask multiple times for service and the staff would still not come through with it. The central system that ran everything in the room would malfunction every night and it took the staff over half hour to help us just turn down the lights every night. Despite repeated requests, it took them two days to change the central system. We asked for our awards number to be put into our booking and it didnt happen. getting the half hour free access to wifi took over half an hour. The overall experience was really bad.
Rooms are well maintained with good service
Service and accommodations Also house doctor, very professional and effective, cured my diarrhea.
The staff were very welcoming and supportive. My waiter had even gone to the trouble to put my name in the milk at the top of the coffee at breakfast. The computer technician and the A.C. engineers came promptly to solve my problems and answer questions. The swimming pool was disappointing as it was small and crowded - mainly with children. The sauna and steam rooms did not seem to be working at first but the situation was rectified.
The hotel is very impressive and has not spared any expense in its inception. The rooms are just as grand as the common spaces and the staff is exceptionally attentive. 1) A five start hotel should not require its guests to pay an additional fee for wi-fi. It's 2015. 2) As President's club members, we were entitled for free wi-fi. However, we had to clear this up at least 5 different times which was shame.
The building was old in indian style and the hotel managed to keep it that way. They have maintained the interior really good with all thoses photos and old arts and painting in display The service staff were not that good. They do not understand english. Most of the guests I noticed were foreigners and the staff do not speak english. They also do not look neat and clean.
The place at night was safe and a little haven away from the (good) madness of old Jaipur. The chicken tikka at the roof top resto was the best I had in the whole trip. you need to plan to be away from the hotel - it isn't really in the location where you can just nip back to if you need something.
The personal are very helpful and made our stay valuable No major issue
The hotel is truly amazing, it should be at least a 4-star. The decor is fantastic and the rooms are clean and very neat. We had lunch in the restaurant on the rooftop and the food was good as well. Really recommend it if you're looking for a cheap stay in a fancy place.
the place was int he middle of city and nice garden to dinner Only the internet was not waorking however irt was not the fault of hotel rather the provider. Maybe also because of Diwali
