Cons:

Pickup from Enterprise airport location was much less expensive than pickup from my neighbourhood Enterprise location. Not an honest way to price the exact same vehicle and dates.

I'm not sure if this is an opportunity for improvement for Hertz, or for Kayak/Priceline, but I was charged more than the advertised price and what was sent to me in my confirmation email I was charged considerably more when picking up the vehicle, 45% more in fact. That was a disappointing surprise. I won't be renting vehicles from Kayak in the future, I'd rather call the rental company directly and find out what the true price is. It's a bit more work, but saving 45% is worth it.

I could not pick up my SUV because they only accepted credit cards, I mentioned any amount you like take it from my visa debit they were not interested, they need to know some people live on their own cash?

No chairs in the rental office. You have to stand up while waiting for the only employee to get to you (and it could be a long wait). No modern credit card machine so I had to be in contact with my credit card provider in order to authorize the deal. No way to buy CDW online (I got an email saying the order was confirmed, but was unable to find it using the thrifty website). I rented a car from the exact same location 2 years ago and had the exact same issues. It seems that nothing had changed since. The car itself was excellent, but the headache around the order was a letdown.
