The pick up was very difficult. The office was very hard to find. The Shuttle bus never picked us up. We had to take a $15 taxi from the airport. We could have had much better instructions from kayak.8.0 Very Good

Cons:
Kayak and Hotwire gave me a deal for a vehicle that doesn’t available. I made reservation on the web side for a full size sedan but ended up renting a full size Suv since there it’s the only option left they have. The price was much higher than expected also, $ 300 increased compare to the reservation. In short, these third parties website does poorly in updating the availability of vehicles.2.0 Poor

nothing. My children and I traveled for hours trying to find a solution. After being exhausted from flying across the Atlantic.Cons:
Honoring my contract price for starters. Everyone had a different time for the store to close. If I wanted it the next day you wanted to double the price. Fortunately there was a real person at the Alamo at the airport, and she matched the rate for the same period of time. And even upgraded the car.4.0 Mediocre
