The hotel's ownership company declared bankruptcy and didn't tell their customers. We landed at the airport, looked up the hotel for the address, and found a NYT article that said it had permanently closed. We were without a hotel for our weekend.

Pros (+) Two of the four front desk staff with whom I interacted were incredibly helpful and friendly; the other two not so much (see negatives). Great beds, nice rooms. Ideal location.
Cons (-) I had lost my phone in a local taxi and the driver tried to return it to me a few hours later when it was discovered. The front desk staff on the night shift refused to call my room to let me know she had it. Subsequently, the entire next day I was making calls to try to locate it.
