Pros (+) Location location location. I suppose price for where it was also.
Cons (-) The heating was out of control, was often boiling at 3am leading to no sleep. We had to use the aircon (it was snowing outside) Can’t imagine a summer with aircon as it’s so noisy. Staff didn’t talk to each other so I got charged an extra $100 on my cc for something I was told I wouldn’t. (which is being refunded, just inconvenient). Toilet also blocked up and flooded but they quickly fixed that.

Pros (+) Loved it how they were available for early check-in after a long night of traveling. Thank you!
Cons (-) The last night of my trip there was extra noise from outside... of course it was a construction going on around 2AM.. not the hotels fault but still kind of not wanting to close out on vacations that way..

Pros (+) Great location just off Times Square, bed was very comfy an very big, got upgraded to superior king for our honeymoon, ice machine free tea coffee when required nice staff...
Cons (-) Abit old fashioned could dovwith new carpet throughout and a lick of paint... Also could do with getting safety deposit boxes into bedrooms

Pros (+) Location. It has 3 metro lines close to it
Cons (-) Staff was useless. The rooms were dark and gave me allegies. The windows small and with no light.
