Cons (-) Despite the Expedia booking noting that a trundle is available as an extra in the twin queen room, this is in fact not true. We booked the room for 3 adults hoping to have 2 beds and a trundle as mentioned on the listing but were told on arrival that this isn't possible.

Cons (-) Elevators are sooooooo slow. Would love to have had a jacuzzi/whirlpool somewhere.
