Pros (+) I liked the location of the hotel and the fact you could get away from most of the crowds on the beach.
Cons (-) I did not like the fact that they had lazy house keeping and they hardly ever vacuumed up the sand in the living area. They vacuumed the bedroom area each time.
Pros (+) We really enjoyed the stay it was perfect for I'll family gathering we only stayed two days, but the condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable with smaller children. It was clean, the condo was very roomy with 6 adults and six children. I almost forgot to mention i love the 10 min ride to Broadway at the Beach
Cons (-) I did expect to have ocean front because we like to use our balcony didn't like the balcony over the pool area, but it worked out okay because we could see the kids and alot of people didn't use the outdoor pool. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable did not like it at all.
