The best Roundsbout because it's round about every
Staff was engaging and personal but still very professional
Stay was not long enough..
Very nice hotel
Almost everything The breakfast was very nice The room was big, quite, clean and tidy The stuff were helpful and friendly
The parking was a lil bit expensive 25£/day
Extra charges for everything
Convenient (but not scenic) location Clean Helpful staff
Everything comes with an extra charge - internet, health club. Internet was the most annoying at 24 Euros per day for slow in-room wifi and 36/day for fast. It's robbery. Free wifi in the lobby means half the time you literally can't find a chair & it's really slow.
Great hotel in easy location
This hotel was very comfortable and just outside of the train station. The town center can be reached via a 10-15 minute walk or train. The staff was helpful, fitness center good, and nice breakfast.
Quiet, constant humming sound in the room like a vacuum being run in a distance. it did not affect our stay, however.
room service is a bit late
Staff was very helpfull and kind. They gave us a new renovated room and alot of helpfull tips about restraunts. The room was new and clean.
The hotel is very close to main station which is good if you are traveling by train. Ibut if your intention is shopping and sightseeing, yhat means you have to walk a lot or take the tram for two stops. The lobby is very dark and crowded like a train station. We booked a double deluxe room for two nights ten days before the date, with a reasonable price and then when we want to extended the reservation to three nights they charged us very expensive price almost two times which is ridicolous. It must be the same price if you already have a reservation.
Nice modern atmosphere and central location
No tea and coffee facilities, breakfast room to small and always busy.
The interior was welcoming, spacious and the wonderful waft of spicey candles in the foyer induced an immediate response of relaxation. The room was large, luxurious and so comfortable. Staff were superb, friendly and helpful.
Staff friendly and multi-lingual, clean rooms, excellent location and a nice ambience about the place.
All pillows and duvets were feathers and the drinks in the bar are very pricey - 7,50 euros for a beer. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
close to the shopping malls
Good breakfast; good bar; room was good size and good facilities; health club was excellent; location is good
TV broke twice in 3 days. Is there a problem with the TV's or with the power supply? Difficult to get room cool enough
Comfortable rooms and very friendly service
everything especially the breakfast
