Pros (+) The hotel was clean and nice. The air conditioning worked extremely well. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) The TV didn't work properly at first. There was sound but no picture. We called the front desk and it took just over 30 minutes for the guys to come fix it. By that time I had already found the problem and fixed it, and called the desk to cancel the repairs. But the guys still came to fix it 15 minutes later. Pros (+) Close to airport, staff were friendly but one day, i wanted to have our room serviced but I came back before the housekeeper get to our room and the tip was gone.
Cons (-) The guests by our room was very noisy. I don't mind if it's before 12am but they were partying until 3 to probably 4 in the morning. I couldn't get a good night rest.
Pros (+) renovate and paint around bathroom doors looks bad

Pros (+) The whole hotel experience was great. Nice room, comfy bed and relaxing ambiance despite the busy streets of manila.
Cons (-) The pool & fitness area is not that huge to accomodate larger amount of guests. Pathway to the chapel is a bit dim & creepy at night.
