Its comfortable, clean and its close to LAX
They don't offer shuttles to LAX, and the phone in my room didn't work, so to get my car from the valet, I had to go outside, ask for it and wait in the cold. They also don't have self-parking.
Extremely difficult to find the lobby to check in, its literally in a tiny alley. Only valet parking and its $35/night. The inside of the hotel was a mess there's a lot of construction going on. This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel
Comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. New room furniture although not a big fan of the IKEA look.
No in room water boiler or coffee maker. Absolutely hate Water saving shower heads. They don't save water and waste my time having to double the time to rinse hair and soap off. Also, please invest in sound damping door closures. Too many slams.
They had construction going on the night I checked in my room was freezing cold and heater didn’t work this was the worse stay ever!! Front desk guy not friendly
Very nice room & friendly staff.
It was under construction, wish i would have known that
