Pros (+) Staff were very friendly location spot on for all our needs and cheep and plenty of parking. Bar open late and food good for budget hotel
Cons (-) The hotel sits next to busy road (A13) if you a light sleeper you'll need to close the window to shut out the traffic noise. Ask for room at front if you are light sleeper.

Pros (+) The breakfast is fine and plentiful.
Cons (-) The check-in staff person was simply completely unprofessional. Basic things are missing, from the towel for the bathroom floor to hair drier. The cleaning staff is also a hit or a miss: the first day I only had one towel and the third day they took all the toilet paper. Also, the free internet ... it's free for only 30 minutes, exactly every 24hrs. I would not recommend this hotel.
