Cons (-) Loud beds. Woke up the whole room when one got up to use the bathroom.
Pros (+) Rooms were efficient, clean, and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator worked great and television service was fairly standard but good. Waffle maker at the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Over all our short stay was very good. We were traveling into Kansas City for an event and trying to stay on a lean budget. The hotel was an excellent value for our needs.
Cons (-) We stayed on the 1st floor and the floor/ceiling above creaked when the people staying in the room above us walked around. Pool is an outdoor pool so it was closed down for the season. Would have liked to see a wider variety of fresh fruit at the breakfast.
Cons (-) False Advertising! I made reservations for this hotel walked into the room and walked right out. The rooms reaked of urine and what appeared to be blood was on one of the night stands. Then when I walked into the lobby and told them there was no way I was staying there we still got charged. RIP OFF BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! I'm a wounded warrior and they took full advantage of me!
