Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) breakfast was a joke. Made a reservation for 3 people, including a 12 year old. Once there, the room only had a king bed. Manager said that I should have picked a different room. Had to pay extra for a room who could actually accommodate 3 people. Bathroom was not properly cleaned (plenty of hairs left around)

Pros (+) Very clean ( new?) and quiet. Best price I could find. The majority of motels I've stayed in have carpet- the laminate floor at the Palace was obviously clean, and I like that. Reception person was friendly.
Cons (-) The only complaint I have is the coffee was awful, with only powdered creamer . . .and you really can't call a choice of apples or packaged muffins breakfast. But there is a Starbucks 50 yards away, and at at the price I wouldn't expect anything more than I got.
